Dr. William R Epes

Our 8 year old daughter was seen by Dr. Epes yesterday to fix her broken front teeth. He refused to have any conversation about what her teeth looked like prior to her accident, what we would like them to look like after the procedure and when I tried to initiate the conversation he replied "Well, I'm going to make them how I think they should look:. He went on to say she will break them again, they will discolor, and she'll have to have veneers and a root canal, which scared her. He did not numb her before beginning to work on her. He spent no more than 17 minutes and I when I expressed I was not happy with how they look he said "Well I have another patient coming in. You can come back and see the other Dr and she can play with them. I squeezed you into my schedule today". I did not request to be inserted into his "busy schedule" I simply called and made an appointment for the first available slot so we could get her teeth fixed. His attitude and behavior was completely unprofessional and his personal care for a child was atrocious.
