My first meeting with Dr Yi was a very impressive one. I was expecting that since my wife has had procedures with him in the past. Very knowledgeable.

Positive. Efficient but not pushy. Would highly recommend.

I had a fall and broke my hand 1-2 years ago Dr Yi did excellent job of fixing my complicated break, now my other hand needs attention and wouldn’t use anyone else! Dr Yi and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional he’s an excellent surgeon and definitely knows his field.

I went in with issues with carpal tunnel and trigger finger. Dr. Yi gave me some braces to wear at night, which I’ve totally worked! He also gave me a Cortizone shot for the trigger finger and it is definitely improved. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Dr. Yi.

Dr. Yi is a wonderful and caring doctor. He is so professional and has a great personality. There are very few doctors now a days that are as wonderful as he is. He helps me so much with my hand pain.

Dr. Yi performed surgery on my hand and explained everything as the procedure went along. He was attentive, professional and personable. I hope I won’t need further surgery, but I wouldn’t consider going to any hand surgeon other than Dr. Yi if I need to do so.

Dr. Yi is very good at what he does. He explains things clearly and helps you visualize what is happening to your body. He gives you the percentage of success per treatment option. I recommend him highly for any hand related issues.

Ok, I appreciate his conservative approach and treating on the spot. I didn’t like that I was to schedule a follow up in 6 weeks but yet he wasn’t available until 12 weeks so had to go with PA, and then hope to be called before August.

Top notch hand surgeon, knowledgeable, kind and caring as well. Very thorough and wanted to be sure all underlying medical issues (osteoporosis) were addressed as well. Initially saw him 24 hours after badly fracturing both wrists with significant bone displacement with initial reduction in the ER. Dr Yi thoroughly explained the severity of the injuries, various options, and his recommendations. Ensured that all my questions were answered. Surgery was quickly scheduled for 48 hours after the consult. Surgery went well. Di Yi, his PA Tim and the office staff were awesome throughout the pre-op, post-op recovery and rehab process. I can not thank them enough for all the care and ongoing support throughout the whole process. Couldn’t have been in better hands. There are not enough stars for Dr Yi & his team!

When Dr. Yi comes into the examination room to meet with you, you know immediately that he has looked at your documents, tests, and can make comments that show you he remembers you. I felt attended to, and he was able to provide me with options that would help me and still have additional options if need be. I recommend him highly!

Dr. Yi is a no nonsense surgeon who is really skilled at what he does. I have had 2 surgeries with him and have minimal scars if at all. My pain was nearly none. If you have carpal tunnel syndrome, this is your doctor!

Dr Yi takes the time to review the X-rays with you. If there is a specific area of abnormality, he will highlight it and explain how it should look and what the ramifications are or could be. I truly appreciate this.

Dr. Yo listens and explains findings and procedures. I had a wrist cyst surgery years ago with a successful outcome. Saw him recently for pain in my hands and besides explaining well my case he approached it conservatively. I have recommended him over the years and will continue to do so.

It is real simple, Dr. In Sok Yi is the best Doctor for hand surgeries. I will not go anywhere else. Unfortunately Peak orthopedics runs a cattle operation which means you always have to wait 30 to 60 minutes to see the doctor even after you arrive early to your appointment.

I was treated respectfully by all staff, including a thorough interview and examination by an assistant and swift Xrays prior to exam and evaluation by Dr. Yi. I am confident in my diagnosis and treatment plan!

Dr Yi is amazing. After 10 years of relief with cortisone injections, it was time to have surgery on my thumb. I had mild discomfort after surgery (ibuprofen and acetaminophen was enough). Recovery was easy. At 12 weeks, my hand strength is better than it has been in years (although I'm still working on that) and the scar is barely visible.

Disappointed, after hearing enthusiastic reviews for Dr. Yi. He gave me bad news about my arthritis, delivered it with no sensitivity, and made it clear he wanted to hurry to his next appointment. Especially annoying because I was a self-pay patient and spent $250 to wait an hour in his office filling out an invasive, lengthy, and irrelevant questionnaire.

Peak Orthopedics was fantastic. I broke my wrist in 3 places on a Sun. Monday AM my primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Yi. He was able to see me the next morning and scheduled my surgery the following day. He explained everything plainly and I knew exactly what to expect. His PA Amanda is also great. So saw her for my first follow-up. I would recommend Dr. Yi and this practice to anyone needing top notch orthopedic attention.

I have been going to Dr. Yi for YEARS and love him! He is so professional and kind. He has to be the #1 Ortho doc around!!!!

Dr. Yi is knowledgeable and friendly. He has done several surgeries with excellent results on my fingers and wrist. I appreciate that he never rushes into surgery, but will try more conservative methods first when appropriate. I highly recommend Dr. Yi!!

Dr Yi is an incredible doctor. He has stopped the pain in both my hands. He is very personable and I would not go to any other hand surgeon out there. I cannot say enough good things about him. If you can get in to see him consider yourself lucky. He is worth the wait.

My hand surgery by Dr. Yi was amazing. I had carpal tunnel release performed. The recovery has been great. I followed the advice of doing activities only to not through the pain. This allowed a pleasant recovery process. I have gained back the strength in my hand. I am no longer dropping or spilling things.

I have been suffering with daily debillitating pain in both of my thumb joints for over a year. During the pandemic, I saw two different physical therapists with no lasting resolution of my pain. After viewing my x-rays together, Dr. YI explained what he felt my best option would be going forward, with surgery as a last resort. He gave me a steroid injection for now and I feel that I am in very good hands and I am happy with my treatment so far.

I give Dr. Yi my highest recommendation. Dr. Yi operated on my right hand to relieve what was diagnosed as trigger finger related to my index finger. I'm 70 years old and this was my first operation ever. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the surgery and speed of recovery. I'm impressed with both Dr. Yi's knowledge and skill. My surgery was the first of the day and later the same day, I was using my computer mouse with the fingers on my right hand (though the palm of my hand was bandaged). The next day I successfully repaired my kitchen faucet. I had a prescription for pain medicine but never filled it nor did I take any over-the-counter pain medication. I'm very thankful that my dentist recommended Dr. Yi to me after he successfully operated on both her wrists to relieve numbness in her fingers. She experienced a rapid recovery similar to mine and was back to her dental practice within a few days. Great job Dr. Yi.
