I have been with Dr. Reynolds for about 8 years now and absolutely love her! She is thorough and truly cares for my wellness. I love her office staff (especially Nicole) and have even developed a relationship with the other doctor there (Dr. White) because everyone is so friendly. Dr. Reynolds delivered both of my babies (now 3 years old & 5 months old) which were IVF pregnancies. I'm sticking with her until the wheels fall off. Lol! She's the best! Dr Reynolds is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and empathetic. She took her tome to visit with patients to explain in depth. When you visit the office the staff is welcoming. Nicki is just wonderful. I am happy to have found their practice

Dr. Reynolds is the best in her field

Not the best as many claim. I went with the reviews and was disappointed. Most recently they improperly charged my insurance and billing department won't get back to me after weeks of calling now that I switched OBs. I wasn't going to leave a review and just forget the whole experience, but this is ridiculous and I hope it gets the attention of someone there so I can at least get the billing sorted out and finally part ways. So, here it goes... When I was there I felt rushed, definitely not the best for first time moms who have questions as everything was fine until I started asking questions. I didn't like that they have a fixed plan for all pregnant women that you can't really inquire further about or elect to opt out of certain procedures (even though at the end of the day I should be able to choose what is/isn't done to my body, the doc painted it as if I had no choice). No procedure was really explained or alerted beforehand in previous appointments, I would just get there and told you're doing XYZ today. They also sent me to a perinatal specialist even though I was never a risk at all (which even my new OB didn't understand why when she recieved my medical records) and they lost my insurance card at one point. Doc kept inquiring more about the COVID vaccine at every single visit than informing me about any other vaccines that usually is recommended during pregnancy (I had to ask about it myself after googling what vaccines to take during pregnancy and they still weren't ordered by them). At one point I was even lied to and told they don't do ultrasounds in office just to get me to go to FL Perinatal which I thought was ridiculous after finding out. Husband couldn't attend a single appointment or even sit in the waiting room although others could have a support person which I didn't understand. I asked about my pain medication options at one point and there's really only one she heavily leaned into which is the Epidural which to me didn't show much innovation in the field considering today many hospitals and other professionals are offering other options. Not the best as many claim. I went with the reviews and was disappointed. After years of having a Brash, Insensitive & Costly Male OB/GYN, Dr. Reynolds is AMAZING! I absolutely LOVED her Calm, Attentive, Caring & Informative mannerism. I think MY search is over, FINALLY????

This was the best obgyn experience I’ve had. For the first time ever I didn’t feel embarrassed or uncomfortable to do my PAP SMEAR usually I have to be told 100 times relax open up however with Dr Reynolds it felt like I was having a conversation with my mother/or favorite aunty. She provided me with detailed information I didn’t feel rush she didn’t cut me off in the middle of questions she touched every point of all my concern she didn’t brush it off even if it was nothing to worry about she explained why I shouldn’t worry. My appt with Dr. Reynolds was courteous, professional, and well organized. She has a great staff, a beautiful office and answered my questions and concerns and gave requested physician referrals. What a great experience.

My boss referred this Doctor to me as I am in search for a new OBGYN on the account that my primary one has since retired the end of last year. I have contacted this office twice and to no avail I have not received a call back. I wanted to see if she is accepting new clients but just off the strength of no one ever calling me back to assist speaks volumes . The first time the answering service answered and the second time the receptionist voicemail picked up and I left a voicemail and have not received a call back. I heard such great things from my boss as this is her OBGYN but so far for me the customer service aspect on the front end does not make me want to continue to reach out and have them service me. Not sure if Dr Reynolds was having a bad day, but a smile or a welcome hello would be nice. Asked her some health questions and answers were very rushed and felt like I was just being rushed out the door. We all have bad days but in my place of work my clients should never see that.

Dr Reynolds is great. She was recommended to me by a Nurse who works at one of the hospitals she delivers at. That speaks volumes in itself. She also recommended that I deliver at a certain hospital due to them having a NICU Dr on site. Sure enough, my son needed that Dr when he was born. She gives great advice and I highly recommend her.
