Dr. Jack H Casale

A year ago Dr Casale did an emergency root canal on me. The tooth still bleeds and is sensitive. Have since moved from Phoenix and new dentist is saying I have to redo root canal or have an implant. 2nd root canal does not have a high success rate so looking at doing an implant. From the x ray we can see a piece of filler in infected space below roots. Not sure if that is why it failed or if the fact I had to wait at least an hour to have him redo the top of the crown after the root canal itself and bacteria got back in. They fit me in so probably took longer than should have?

This endodontist charged me for work I never received. Was supposed to be a root canal but all Jack Casale did was rinse the massive cavity and fill it with some type of solution and cotton. I went elsewhere to get the cap placed that I had already paid for and after completion I have been in excruciating pain not able to eat on that side with rotting smell coming out of my mouth that wasn’t there before. Then I was charged for root canal by Jack Casale on my bill, I knew something wasn’t right so I contacted that office repeatedly and was unable to get in touch with anyone with common sense. This dentist charged me for work that was never done. Supposed to be a root canal but he just rinsed the cavity several times and filled it with some plastic like material. He was rushed, nervous, sweating and stumbling over his own words. The whole thing lasted 5-10 minutes and none of the tools he set up were used. I went to another place that put my cap on and since then I have had excruciating pain in the area plus rotten smells and leakage, can not chew on it but still Dr Casale charged me for a full root canal. I contacted them and told them I wasn’t going to pay for work that he never done and now they put that fraudulent bill on my credit report for the service that has ruined my life. I am very disgusted by Jack Casale. Do not go to him for anything unless you want to be charged to ruin your life!
