I wish I had chosen another doctor! I had the worst experience with him. My experience was so bad, that I have anxiety about stepping foot into a JH doctor's office. I felt like an experiment, 3 failed cycles, loss of twin babies, and a painful ERA biopsy. I went to another fertility clinic and found out my issue was the method of progesterone. After having a terrible experience with another clink where the doctor and staff could not understand the genetic issue at play, being treated my Dr. Garcia at JH was a breath of fresh air. This team has given me hope and a path forward. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is there is definitely a bit of a communication breakdown between staff and doctors. After dealing with infertility for 5 years, I understand that I need to advocate for myself.

Dr. Garcia was lazy. If I asked if a drug had lactose and if he could check the PDR he insisted that he didn't know where it was. I saw it on his shelf. I took the estrogen and my biiruben rose and eyes turned yellow. On re first day, when I was delivering my 80 pages of medical , records, his secretary yelled at me and upset me to the point of raising my blood pressure of which I had documented by my referring physician immediately after the incident. I was asked by Dr. Garcia to call to receive the following intructions as follicles needed to be measured and specific procedures were to be given. He left the office even though he heard me call in every 15 minutes from the required time instructed. I finally drove over to his office and his assistant said " We all heard you call in. We didn' t call you back be caused you called on the other number." Basically, all of the other patients go care, but even though the facts of my bloodwork were mine to receive and I did call on time as instructed, Dr Garcia deemed my case unimportant. So the value of following the follicles of which was his idea ment nothing to him. The one follicle could have been my child. Instead I was charged $700 and my insurance was charged $2100. Greed and self richessness. Finally, I felt singled out and set up for his wallet! Dr. Garcia was lazy. I am so frustrated and disappointed with my experience with Dr. Garcia. I don't know if he's just old and senile or if he didn't want me as a patient or what! He has delayed my IVF time and time again for one reason or another. Each time, the reason for the delay was because there was something he failed to tell us. After engaging Dr. Garcia for over 2 years and still not even getting to the retrival stage, I am going to a new doctor.

He is the best doctor .
