I have been using MTP for years (before they moved to Brentwood) and my family loves the fact they have a caring and pleasant staff. As many know, with teeth, there can be pain associated with any procedure, but the team here has always taken precautions and been gentle with our bi-annual cleanings, fillings, and all dental needs. My experience so far has been great. After recently moving here and having a tough time finding a dentist, Ive been extremely satisfied so far. Everyone in the office has been really friendly and accommodating too. I have very sensitive teeth and after a cleaning and cavities I’ve been really impressed with how gentle treatment was.

The entire office is well organized. I asked them to call me as my appt was early on Monday morning. As requested, someone from the office called to remind me when they opened. I was taken back for my appt a few minutes early which I appreciated. The procedure was quick and as painless as a dental procedure can be. In my case, I had a filling from several years ago that needed to be replaced. For the past two years they had be "watching" this to delay replacement as long as possible. I was happy that no one was pushing me to have this done until it really needed to be replaced. Everyone on staff was very nice and personable. I highly recommend this office.

The staff is friendly and outgoing; they always acknowledge your presence as soon as you walk in and there is very little wait time if any. Dr Clayton is awesome: I would not go to anyone myself but to Dr Clayton; he is very personable. I recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist even if you have to wait a few weeks to see him it is worth it. Dr Clayton’s back office staff is very professional and attentive. I adore the front staff at Dr. Mac's! They are so friendly and fast! I hardly ever wait more than 5 minutes! The gals that clean my teeth are so kind, gentle and quick! I've been a patient of Dr. Clayton's since December 2014. Each appointment I've had over the years continues to be far and above any expectations with each new procedure determined to be needed at that time. I only have 5 upper front teeth, one of which is the right eye tooth. This tooth acts as the anchor for my obturator & it, along with the other 4, are loose, the teeth are separating, becoming discolored creating an ugly smile that I've been embarrassed about for quite sometime. Dr. Clayton has been very cautious about moving too fast to "remedy" my issues b'c he wants to save & preserve the remaining upper teeth I have for as long as possible. Today was the day he "built" a single cap for the four upper teeth for me to "wear". I had absolutely no idea what to expect, and, again, my expectations / nervousness were put to rest as soon as he walked in the room. I left my appointment so much happier than I was when I arrived at 7:30 a.m., and, again, very pleased with the results of his work. Ruthie is awesome in her own right. She's fabulous explaining what to expect & very contentious of my fears & concerns. I feel blessed to be a patient of Dr. George "Chip" Clayton's and associated with his staff. I sing y'all's praises every chance I get!

Doc "Chip" did a wonderful job re-fitting a bridge that another unnamed DDS had made and installed that never fit right from the beginning and had become unattached. It was quite a process but, it now feels great and is no longer an irritant. His Staff is excellent. I would not go anywhere else.

I have been seeing Dr Allen probably right at 30 years; my daughter is 28 and he is the only dentist she has ever seen. His work ethic is exceptional and I am thoroughly pleased with the care received under him. I completely trust his judgment and he is better than average in practice. He has an excellent staff. I have been using Dr Clayton and his staff for my dental needs for 15+ years. The staff and Dr's have always ran a clean and nice facility. They are well in tune to possible sensitivity with not only your teeth, but your potential dental fears. My wife could never find a dentist office she liked as she has sensitive teeth and had a horrible childhood experience elsewhere. I talked her into giving Dr Clayton and his staff a try, and now she's hooked! My 14yr old son is also a client for around 8yrs now and from the beginning, because of the caring staff, has never had a fear of dental work. They are able to accommodate our 1hr+ drive to them at least twice a year for a complete family dental time. Thank you to the Dr's and their wonderful staff!

I had an emergency and the staff worked me in quickly. Because my regular dentist wasn't available, I saw Dr. McLaughlin. I had not seen him before but both he and his assistant did a great job and I am pleased with the results.

I dropped my lower denture onto a tile floor and it broke perfectly in half. I was on vacation and decided to postpone a repair job till I got home two days later. Called this office, not a patient, and was told “sure, we can work you in”. Showed up at the appointed time, met the tech ((sorry, I can’t remember her name), and she had me on the road in 30 minutes. The real test though came with a meal. I had a BLT sandwich that went down the way it should have. After successfully chewing some rather tough bacon, I felt like I could chew nails. Great repair at a reasonable cost! I’ll come back!

I called Dr. Clayton's office and he was on vacation...but they booked me with Dr. Allen for Tuesday afternoon!!! It was so appreciated. Dr. Allen carefully resolved the problem and saved my tooth! He was so gentle! I am so grateful to this Dental practice.
