Never been treated this way by a doctors office. The receptionist had me wait for 15 min just to tell me they don’t accept walk ins. She was not empathetic at all to how I was feeling. Dr. Davis always listens and take the right conservative approach to medicine. I've been seeing her for several years and have never had anything but a positive experience. The entire staff is very friendly and they run on time!

I have a very good opinion of Dr. Monica Davis. They are very good at what they do and every once in a while you have to just be patient and things will turn our all right.

AFD is my source for healthcare. The physicians and staff are caring and professional. I like the convenience of having their office in Brentwood but most of all I feel good knowing that i have a healthcare team that is ready to help me with my healthcare needs. Thanks Dr. Davis and AFD staff!!

Always well taken care of when I come in. Patients are never rushed through and my questions are always answered or explained. Dr David is is easy to talk to and takes her time during examinations. I have been a patient since 2005 and never been disappointed in the care or the reception I've received

I have been a patient of Dr. Davis for several years and feel it's important to see a medical professional who knows the whole story about my health, my lifestyle choices, the herbs and supplements I take, and what my results have been. I usually approach things holistically and even though she does not always agree with me, she takes the time to truly listen, offers her best medical advice about my options, and is compassionate and caring. I am comforted knowing that I have a someone in my corner who is attentive, understanding, and offers me the best medical care. I highly recommend her. I have been going here 4 Years and all the staff and Doctors are very good.i wont change Doctors when i moved here i have been to some really bad one's that just dont care it's a money thing, and these Doctor's do care about their patients,they are not there to win a popularity contest they are there to do their Job and they are good at it.I have sent my wife and kids there. Dr. Davis gives excellent service and she truly cares for her patients. She makes you feel at ease and explains all aspects of the visit and is professional. Not only is Dr.Davis great the whole office staff welcomes you. This is the only Doctors Office I have been to that gives you quality care even as you are waiting to be seen. The doctors office itself (nurses & office staff) is great. However, my experience with Dr. Davis was not. Dr. Davis has a very dry & unfriendly bedside manner, which I dealt with several times but my last visit was the final straw. The office takes walk-ins and I went in at around 3:45 pm. I did not leave until after 6pm, after being left waiting in the waiting room for almost an hour, and in the patient room for over 30 minutes befor the doctor ever came in. They started turning the lights out, and when I finally inquired if doctor Davis was even still there the nurse looked at me like a deer caught in headlights and stated that she was there, and should be in shortly. So, after waiting for another 15 minutes or so she finally came in. After a small inquiry of what took so long she simply stated that she was the only doctor left for the day so she had just seen several patients in a row, and had I had an appointment I would've gotten "priority". This explanation may have made more sense if it had not been for the fact that I saw that all patients had left about 45 minutes before hand (all waiting rooms were empty & my fiance was the only person left in the waiting room). This was hands down the worst & most unprofessional doctors experience I've EVER had. I would have left much earlier had I not genuinely needed to see her on this day & been told by the office staff that she would be out of town for two weeks after this day. This experience combined with the fact that when I needed a prescription refilled by her, (which happened to be a medication that is NOT one you should abrubtly stop taking) she completely ignored the pharmacy's refill requests 3 times. When I went to see her in office for the refill she nonchalantly stated she had no problem refilling. I guess she requires getting paid for the in office visit AND the script. If you do choose this doctors office, DEFINITELY choose another doctor, you may be treated better!!! The doctors office itself (nurses & office staff) is great.
