After 4 years in pain, seeing many Orthopedic surgeons and Rheumatologists, PT, Pediatrists..................NOTHING HELPED and no one could figure out my problem. Dr. James Duca FOUND AND FIXED MY PROBLEM!!!! I have my life back after 4 years. I was told I need surgery, but not sure what for by all these specialists. Dr. Duca said my issue was rare, he only had 1 other person with the issue in 10 years. HE FIGURED IT OUT IT ONE APPOINTMENT. Yes, I have followed up with appointments and I need to HEAL. I can walk again! I have hope in my life again. He is my TRUE LIFE GUARDIAN ANGEL He really KNOWS what he is doing and cares about you as a person, not an insurance claim.

Dr Duca gave me back quality of life I was rapidly losing due to a connective tissue disorder. I’ve been seeing him for over ten years. It is a small, personable practice, very comfortable and is fantastic at short notice scheduling. He has vast knowledge and expertise. His front office assistant is as kind as they come and an absolute pleasure to interact with as well. I’d have been lost without them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Duca for several years...He is far and above the best Chiropractor out there. Very knowledgeable and tons of experience..He diagnosed my C6,C7 bulging discs when the ER and my soon to be fired PCP missed them and I was in extreme pain..The work he did helped me regain full use of my right arm...This guy is the BEST PERIOD!

Awesome doctor. Help me with my back pain after months of struggling and going from one doctor to another. He was recommended to me by my collegue. Now I am sending my family and friends to him too. They all like him a lot.

First and foremost, Dr. Duca pays attention to you needs. Unlike vast majority of doctors, he does not have put his patients on a conveyor belt neither he has few RNs who actually do the talking. Instead, he's actually talking to you. His therapy actually helps. Twice I was in a state when all I could do was to lay down on my side and cry (both times due to my own stupidity). And both times Dr. Duca brought me up (literally). I would recommend Dr. James Duca to anyone without hesitation.
