I am very impressed with my experience at Renovo. I was looking for a reputable place for my second attempt at Botox. I went into my first appointment not knowing what to expect. I never felt rushed. My insecurities felt heard and I was not pushed to make any decisions that were not in my best interest. We decided on 30units in my forehead. When she got to some tender spots she listened to my body language and was very gentle. I am impressed with their pricing as much as their bedside manner. The bonus was finding out at checkout that I was entitled to a complimentary DiamondGlow Facial. I set up my appointment for 2 weeks post Botox to make sure it was settled. That was a great experience as well. Both aesthetions are super sweet and very professional. We had a great repore. I had a follow up consultation while I was there to check my Botox. I asked about fillers and instead of making a sale, I was advised that for my features "less is more". I highly respect that. I will definitely be back again.

It’s always a great experience at Renovo. They have an absolutely beautiful facility and offer a wide range of services. The staff is professional yet friendly and always go above and beyond making sure clients feel welcomed and comfortable. Lastly Dr. Casello is the best. I highly recommend them.

I went to Renovo MD around October. I had initially left a good review, which I have chosen to not delete, however I did not realize I left it under my business google account so I’m updating from my personal account. I don’t feel like getting into the entire story, but I ended up having a bad enough follow up that I initially said nevermind and that I would just get more the next time I needed a syringe, intending to find a new med spa. I was talked into staying and while I know they were trying to fix what I was upset about, I also felt the way it was handled was belittling and inappropriate and they were only trying to fix it to make me go away. I’ve had a large bump on the left side of my lower lip ever since. I’ve been waiting for it to just go away, but it has not, even about 6 mo later. It makes my lips look unaligned and makes me feel insecure, so I went to a different med spa to have a different injector take a look at it. Before I could even say what was bothering me, she immediately said “What’s that bump on your lip?” Touched it and said “It’s over filled.” I now have to pay to have it dissolved and pay to have more filler added where as I would have been fine, had it not been over filled. I should have just trusted my gut and skipped the follow up because now I’m going to be out a substantial amount of money on top of the syringe I already paid for. I also sent pictures to the Doctor I used to see before he moved out of state. He agreed that it looks over filled and that he would not recommend trying to fix it with more filler and rather wait for it to go away on its own or have it dissolved. Renovo MD - Dr Jean Casello & all her staff are wonderful. They treat their patient very well. I love RENOVI MD & all it's staff. Specifically SHANNAH, she is excellent. She is very good, very caring & very friendly, she makes her patient very happy.

My first treatment with Shannah was great! I had coolsculpting done which is not the most comfortable treatment but Shannah made me feel at ease. She was caring, attentive and her knowledge about coolsculpting made me feel more relaxed. I highly recommend RenovoMD!

I received two different treatments from Renovo MD, the diamond facial and microneedling using their infini machine. We went over details about my facial concerns, recommendations and what would be best for me in the long run to get my money's worth. Everyone was super professional and the infini machine was life changing on my skin. This was my first Med Spa experience and everyone at RenovoMD made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They did an amazing job, I found the laser process they had to be little to no pain (which was shocking for my first time!) Every technician there was calm, reassuring and patient with me, always making sure I was comfortable! Part of the process was treating me like a real person, distracting me with light conversation, while being skilled at doing their job. AMAZING RESULTS!!! Shannah and Dr. C are artists!! I was really unhappy with the appearance of the skin under my eyes. I have been constantly squinting after using goggles and masks during work in the pandemic which made them appear tired and wrinkly. The tired sunken look also was exemplified whenever I was on a zoom call and I was extremely self conscious and unhappy. Shannah took the time to explain what facial filler was and how it worked. She added filler my under eye area and added some to my cheeks to balance the look out. It was a very quick process she did it with only 2 pokes. I am ecstatic about my results !! I had my lips filled by Dr. Casello yesterday, and it was such a great experience. The ENTIRE team at RenovoMD is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone seems so happy to be there, which is an important factor I look for. It’s a good indicator that you’ve chosen the right business. I’m a baby when it comes to lip filler and I tend to get really queasy. Dr. Casello kept me so calm. What an amazing experience. Dr. Caselo was so kind and caring explaining everything that was going to happen during my treatment. Shannah her RN was just as amazing and caring. I am so happy with my results. I was starting to look tired and sunken and today I look fresh and people are saying how great I look. I am so great full.

Dr. Casello is amazing. I went to RenovoMD in search of a filler that would make my eyes look less tired. Dr. Casello walked me through all my options and helped me decide what was best for me. I was booked an appointment for just a couple days later to get my Juvaderm fillers. The procedure was done in a matter of minutes and I had little to no bruising and swelling thanks to her expertise, light touch and a good recommendation for a supplement to help prevent bruising. I went back two weeks later for a check up, where I mentioned that I thought I may need a little more filler and she reassured me that it looked great the way it was. This is an industry that can easily prey on their clients insecurities to make a profit, but at RenovoMD, they're just really good people who want to make their clients more comfortable in their own skin. I’ve struggled with pigmentation from years of sun damage. I was always hopeful that the over the counter lightening creams would do something amazing for my skin but I was always left with the same pigmentation and a bigger hole in my wallet. My friend suggested I go to Renovo, and I’m so glad I did. They did a very comprehensive analysis of my skin, started me on an amazing skincare regime that not only helped lighten my pigmentation quickly, but also hydrate my very dry skin. I then opted to do a combination of laser treatments for pigmentation and also some red veins. I saw results immediately after the laser. Dr Casello is terrific. She places botox carefully and is a very qualified injector with knowledge of facial muscles, etc. I would highly recommend her...and have to my friends!

I went to see Dr. Casello at RenovoMD a couple of weeks ago to address lines on my forehead that I have been self-concious about. The office is amazing - so clean and extremely comfortable. The front desk staff is welcoming and accommodating upon your arrival. I was a bit nervous for the procedure since I have never had gone through this process. However, after speaking with Dr. Casello for less than 5 minutes, it was clear that she is fully experienced with not only this treatment, but any medical aesthetic need. But the second I walked into the office (which was beautifully designed and comfortable) I was instantly greeted by Nichole who was extremely friendly and informative. I would not recommend RenovoMD. I was provided with a quote over the phone and in writing which was not honored. My sclerotherapy treatment was not completed and the Doctor hid 2 viles of the solution that should have been injected into my veins. I was then told to come back for subsequent treatments and the price was hiked up. As far as I'm concerned that's dishonorable and sneaky. Not Good! Not Good At All! I would not recommend RenovoMD. I met with Dr. Casello afterward to evaluate my skin. She is patient, and explained options that may be beneficial to me, and my skin.
