Best Orthodontist in the area. I travel 40min just to have this quality of orthodontal care. I have one son who has already completed his treatment and now My middle son is starting his treatment here as well. Dr Nentwich is great and the office staff are impeccable. I highly recommend this office!!

Great staff. Very friendly and professional. My 7 year old daughter is starting phase 1 of braces and the staff and dentist couldn’t be more caring. They take their time and explain everything to my daughter and myself so she knows exactly what to expect.

My daughter had a great experience with Dr. Nentwich and his staff. Even though she did not always live her braces, Dr. Nentwich made it easy for her to take care of. She got her braces off just this morning, and her teeth look amazing!!

My sons hygienist mentioned how she can't believe the changes since his last cleaning. Dr. Nentwich is great and has the best staff ever! They are always so positive and upbeat with my son. We feel they are genuinely happy to see him at every appointment. We had an issue with a wire while in Niagara Falls on vacation. Dr. Nentwich not only took our call personally after hours he made sure we found someone in the area and got it corrected. While on the phone he also told us a few tips for the area to see because he was familiar with the area. That was totally going above and beyond. The orthodontist in Niagara Falls even knew of him!!! The staff is great and answers all our questions no matter how little in scope. I’m so glad we came here for our daughter’s orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Nentwich and the dental assistants were so helpful during the 18 months I had incognito braces. I was a full time student an hour and a half away and they worked around my schedule during this time. I also went abroad for 4 months and they made sure I would still be on track to have them off in the 18 months. Incognito braces were the perfect fit for me, being a college student and not wanting visible braces. I am so confident about my smile now and very thankful to Dr. Nentwich's office!

I took my twin daughters to his office for a consultation. He told me that my twin daughters needed double jaw surgery and there was no any other way to correct their malocclusions and their bites were horrible and ugly! He showed me their x-rays while instructing. I could clearly see that he was eggagerating their conditions. I'm not a dentist, but I studied anatomy for a year. He referred us to a surgeon friend of his. Before the supposed jaw surgeries, he needed to prep them with braces for 2 years and it would cost 6-7K for braces only for each, he said. Then jaw surgeries, then braces again! Plus, the outcome of that type of surgery is not always %100 positive. We were devastated. My daughters now are under a care of a wonderful orthodontist for their treatments and they are happy. You don't cut my daughters' jaw bones before you try other options. Horrible experience! I'm not usually one to write a review but my experience here has been so great that I felt like I had to share. I was referred to Dr. Nentwich from a friend who had beautiful results. My experience here has been nothing but positive. Dr.Nentwich and his staff are so welcoming and they make you feel right at home. My kids have always been seen on time .. they have even been taken in before their scheduled appointments when I have arrived early.. no complains here!! The environment is super relaxed which has made a tremendous difference to my highly anxious preteens. They go out of their way to make them feel comfortable. I also love how they come out after each appointment and explain what they did while giving us clear home care instructions.. they also let us know what to expect at the next visit. Our experience with Dr. Nentwich has been absolutely fantastic! Everyone in the office is always in a good mood and they go above and beyond to help with anything and everything. We have never had a problem getting emergency appointments and our wait time in the waiting room has never been more than 3 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Nentwich!

My main concern choosing an orthodontist was finding a professional who could tend to my middle child who has severe ADHD and Asperger's syndrome. He is rude and doesn't wear gloves when working. I've had to ask him repeatedly to put on gloves before touching my face or mouth.
