Dr. Haviland is a personal professional who enter acts with patients and staff the same. His office is well organized and efficiently run.

I have had nothing but highly competent care from doctors Klunzinger and Haviland for many years. Their office staff members handle billing and scheduling professionally. I also appreciate the way the doctors follow up with my PCP as needed.

Dr. Haviland has been very thorough every time I've been in. He always explains what he's doing and why, discusses his findings, listens to concerns and answers questions. He is very good at following up, not only with a medical condition, but also making sure that referring physicians have gotten his report, plus offering to discuss the finding with them.
