This visit was my 4 month check after knee replacement surgery. As always everyone is very professional and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Cochran to others or have him do my other knee if needed.

Very organized everyone helpful and professional

Dr Cochran and his staff have certainly made driving to Lansing worth while. From the first evaluation appt, to total hip replacement and follow up appointments it's been a great experience. I'm now getting ready for the second hip to be replaced and I have absolutely no worries! Thank you Dr Cochran and all your staff!!

I was impressed by the facility immediately. The check-in staff was efficient and friendly. It relaxed me. I was actually taken in early. I really enjoyed the visit with Dr. Cochran. I got a lot of answers to my questions. The visit was a successful one. I wouldn't hesitate to return if needed.

I had excellent care from Dr Cochran. He took the time to explain my procedure and I’ve been very pleased with my recovery so far.

Dr. Cochran did a great job on my hip replacement. I would definitely go to him again if I have a problem with the other hip. My recovery has been quick and the pain I had pre-surgery is gone.

My wait time was fairly short. I felt like the doctor listened to my knee complaints. He offered simple reasonable first steps to try and alleviate my knee pain and agreed that if I feel like those don’t make my knee better, that we’ll look toward additional answers (including an MRI, etc.) Great experience with Dr. Cochran and his staff! The information I received from Dr Cochran was very helpful. He took the time to explain what was happening to my knees in a manner I could understand. He listened to my concerns and gave me some option to think about. Dr Cochran was able to relieve some of the pain I was dealing with at the time of my visit with cortisone injections. My knee has never felt better. Was in for my 4 month post op check up. Got right in had X-rays and saw Dr Cochran in less than 20 minutes. Dr Cochran is very personable and spends time talking with you. He truly cares about your concerns and you as a person not just as another patient. I would never go anywhere else. Thanks!

What a delightful group of people in Dr Cochran's practice! I have had both hips replaced by Dr Cochran, and have literally no pain in either hip. I can bend down, walk without pain, dance, climb ladders like I haven't been able to do for 10 years. Besides being an excellent surgeon, he is just a very personable guy! His staff is knowledgable and so friendly. As an RN of over 40 years myself, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cochran! What a delightful group of people in Dr Cochran's practice! I was very happy he cared about me and what's going on with my knees. I would recommend him to every one and the way he treated everyone's feelings about the care,long-term treatment.

I felt like the Dr. didn't believe me about my hip hurting. Like I was making up a story or something. I was referred to him by my doctor I just didn't come there for the heck of it. He really made me feel bad during the appointment.

Excellent patient care.

My early morning visit to the office was a pleasure. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The moved me thru their process efficiently and without delay. I was back to work before I knew it!

Dr, Cochran performed the surgery but after a year (and I was still in pain) he dropped seeing me and I saw his PA, He was not able to comprehend that I was in horrible pain from the beginning after many rounds of PT. Three and a half years later, I am still in excruitating pain in my knee replacement. No bedside manner,

Knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards the direction I need in the future.

Staff and doctor were kind and caring.

The office seems to have made big improvements in the last year or so: Speedier service, friendlier staff. Glad to see things are going better. I have always appreciated Dr. Cochran and think he is top notch, but the office engagement and timeliness was a barrier. Much better now! Kudos.

I was very impressed with the pre-surgical protocol to make sure that my body was strong and prepared for surgery, and the post-operative care was excellent. I could not recommend Dr. Cochran more highly. Excellent care. I can now walk normally.

Amazing caring Doctor. The care and attention of the staff and Dr. Cochran are above and beyond. I felt very confident. Prior to surgery all my questions were answered. I love my New Hip! I'm at 4 weeks post op with very little discomfort.

My experience with Dr Cochran and his staff was excellent. He did my left hip replacement, direct anterior approach. Aside from the severe opioid related constipation aftermath from the pain pills, plus the problems and the delay and confusion getting my initial home prescriptions from the drug store after leaving the hospital, I have nothing but praise for the surgical care given and total satisfaction with the results of the operation. Despite the warnings given by others that I would be in a lot of pain and should expect to see possible severe bruising all up and down my leg, I found the pain to be tolerable and experienced no bruising at all from the operation. I’m not going to go into detail and write a book. He’s not worth the time. I will tell you he was verbally abusive and a bully. Please do not go to him. Please

Please do not make an appointment with him. He’s very unprofessional and I wouldn’t want anyone to have to go through what he put me through. He literally made me cry 5 minutes into the appointment. He’s awful.

My first visit to the "good" doctor left me in tears. I thought I needed both knees replaced but because of my weight he wouldn't do surgery. I was in so much pain so I found another surgeon for a second opinion. This surgeon (Dr. Drayer), took full exrays hips included, come to find out my left hip had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Which was done and was a complete success, thanks to Dr. Drayer, I highly recommend him. A year later my right hip started hurting and Dr. Drayer replaced it. Unfortunately, this one got infected and had to be taken out following 4 months of non weight bearing status leaving me bed ridden for four months. After which Dr. Drayer consulted a colleague which turned out to be Jason Cochran. He did my surgery...visited me in the hospital once...making sure he let me know he would have never done my surgery in the first place...he was very rude and hurtful. Long story short, that surgery was in 2019 and in 2020 I was still having problems. In October I went to the ER to find out what was wrong. After being intabated I awoke 4 weeks later without my right hip again. Apparently my hip was so infected it had mold in it! It is now 2021 and after months and months of rehab and therapy I am still without a hip and may never have it put back in. So I have no respect for this man and would recommend him to NO ONE!
