i hate calling this number no one ever answers they are never open i dont know how they operate its just so frustrating and the joke is they service elderly

Dr Morales is the true doctor!! he’s extremely knowledgeable Sweet and extremely professional,I’m so grateful the way he treated my mom, finally my mothers diabetes was being controlled because of Him. He spends quality time with patient and he’s very detail oriented.

I'm a patient of Dr.Morales now for almost 10yrs. I'm 70yrs old this month. Dr.Morales is my primary doctor. Why? Because he has helped me which others have failed. He's very thorough and knowledgeable of what he is treating. He always listens too what I have to say. He's very concerned on how I feel. Never disappointed me always there when I needed him. i've been a type one diabetic for 42 years dr Morales is an excellent doctor extremely knowledgeable and corrected the things i was doing wrong my A1C"s are consistantly between 5.4 to 5.9 im completly satisfied with my care and would enthusiasticly recommend him to any patient

Well respected locally and internationally known. He is incredibly patient and thorough. I never knew how complicated the body can be and with so much organ interaction. Not only is my diabetes impeccably controlled, but my cardiometabolic risk is lowered. His staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The office is beautiful with minimal challenges with parking. He is always accessible no matter where in the world he may be.

Some of these negative reviews are from people I have never seen or treated before. The practice of medicine can be so tough sometimes. It’s just like any other customer service related practice. You will be happy sometimes with the services received or you may not be. It’s unfortunate that most choose to verbalize their dissatisfaction rather than the good outcomes. I will say that I am not the best nor perfect as a physician but am committed to providing my best compassionate care to the furthest limits of my abilities in hoping to achieve the greatest outcomes. The best GP on Long Island! Very caring, very compassionate and highly skilled! I had a crisis today and was so afraid I had to go to the Hospital! But he set my mind at ease and I’m home ! Recently I read a review where someone complained about Dr M not returning a phone call in the proper way ! This is the problem, we the Patients cannot expect for him to ignore the Pt he’s with just to answer a call ! In my opinion he’s an excellent Diagnostician, a really good listener never making you feel rushed! I highly recommend him to my Family and Friends!

I have been a Patient of Dr Morales for 20 years or more , his most outstanding quality is being a superb Diagnostician! If you have a seemingly “ mysterious illness “ this is the Physician for you . Secondly , he will fit you in his schedule no matter how busy he is, if he feels it’s a true crisis. Third , he is the only Doctor who will see you if you’re hospitalized even if he’s not on call ! And last but not least he’s very conservative, he will not push medication on you if it can be avoided. I find him compassionate, honest and highly qualified. I recommend him without hesitation. I’m grateful he took my best friend and Son on as patients, they are now well taken care of. What can I say besides AMAZING! He is always there for me and my entire family. His knowledge and experience in every aspect of medicine is why I am alive. He cares for my family like we are his family. He goes above and beyond in every situation that occurs!

Nasty Dr don't wast your time. He only care is of money, Driving in his audi. He care is not for the peatiats.

He is very knowledgeable and sincerely compassionate. I put all my trust in this excellent doctor.

Dr Javier morales only cares about money. when one of his patients dies he could care less about filling out a Death certificate the right way. When the doctor was told of the era and given a new certificate he proceeded to make an error on the new one as well on purpose. If he is this unprofessional with filling out a death certificate I would never use him as a doctor unless that is the type of care you would like.

This doctor is the kindest, warmest & most dedicated physician I have ever known. He gives and makes himself available without making his patients feel they are "bothering" him. He is a true professional with lots of common sense to add to his great medical experience. He is a world renowned expert in the treatment of diabetes! Our family thanks God for sending this man into our lives after I suffered quintuple cardiac bypass surgery in 1999. He has saved my life!!! He truly cares!!!!!
