This office and Dr. Siller are completely unprofessional and need to be called out for it and disciplined for playing with peoples time and their health. The doctor shows up late. The office opens at 10am and the doctor doesn't get in until 12pm. Every time the doctor is late, or you call the front desk (which rarely ever answers the phone), there is always some excuse as to why he shows up late and doesn't return calls. I've gotten excuses that he needs to take his mom to the doctor, or that there is a lot of work he has piled up and is "busy". There is no professionalism, not a drop of it. There is always some excuse that he tells his front desk receptionist to tell his clients. If you need to get any sort of imaging such as an MRI, just forget about it. I've had someone I knew that had to call 20+ times, and every call was either met with no answers, excuses, being told that "it'll be done", and it never is, leading to you to have to call back another 20 times. Do yourselves a favor, and DO NOT choose Keith Siller for any of your health needs. He and his office are lazy, unprofessional, and honestly quite disgusting with how they operate and treat others. He is a prime example of incompetency and everything that is wrong with the healthcare system. And don't be fooled by the 3 positive star reviews, I'm willing to bet those are fake. Absolutely embarrassing and unprofessional. STAY AWAY.

Dr. Siller is the best doctor I have ever dealt with. He is professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He went over and above, along with his wonderful office staff, to get authorization and to schedule an MRI for me. He made me feel very comfortable and helped relieve my stress. I highly recommend this excellent neurologist.

Dr. Keith Siller is an extremely knowledgeable neurologist! He was the only doctor who had diagnosed my husband's medical problems accurately. His professionalism, expertise and honesty helped give my husband the appropriate medical treatment that he needed. Dr. Siller is caring and spent much time answering our questions and concerns. He is an expert in his field and an excellent doctor who we would highly recommend.

Dr Siller is an excellent, caring and dedicated doctor. He takes the time to diagnosis and treat his patients .I would highly recommend him.

The wait time was limited (15-20) minutes and the receptionist could not have been nicer. When it was our turn Dr.Siller came out to greet us and brought us to his office. He was easy to talk to and took time to explain everything from test results and spoke in lay terms. He was caring and interested in what we had to say. Very good bedside manner and so far the best neurologist we have seen. His follow up is also excellent. Give him 5 stars and would highly recommend you come to him for your neuro needs.

Dr. Siller was able to figure out what my illness was when other doctors could not. He was relentless in finding my medical problem. I recommend Dr. Siller without reservation.

Excellent neurologist. Old school, thorough, listens, personable, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. The kind of physician you hope still exists! A doctor with compassion that cares about the patients. My time spent with Dr. Siller was very comfortable, relaxing, and professional. Saw Dr Siller in his new Greenvale office. He has an unprofessional staff (of one) and he is extremely unreliable in keeping appointments (office was empty and we waited over an hour... he blamed his receptionist for not confirming our appt.) A specialized test was prescribed by him but not ordered until we called his office for over two days which held up treatment for the ailment. We finally went to a different neurologist and the testing was done immediately. He was a waste of our time
