I had a growth on my arm that I had had for a few months. I made an appointment with Dr. Goldstein's office and had an appointment with one of the NPs. They looked at the growth and said it was too big for their office to handle so she referred me to a hand surgeon. After a day or so, the growth started to bleed so I made another appointment with the dermatologist's office. They told me that they don't handle bleeding growths and made an appointment for me for the hand surgeon again. I also had a mole on my foot and they told me that they couldn't help with that either and referred me to a foot surgeon. Honestly, unclear on what skin conditions they handle at this office? If you can't handle surface level growths or moles, I'm not really sure what they can do. The staff and everyone there is really nice, but overall, incredibly unhelpful and I went elsewhere (Dr. Kovacs) to get the help and care that I needed.

I had a great experience with Kristen R. for a laser hair removal treatment. I had never had the treatment before and she made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. She also recommended some really great skin products as well. I’d highly recommend her!

The Dr. is nice but the cosmetics side of things is now terrible. Had some injections done that now need to be reversed by a competent injector. I spent $500 for undereye filler injections with this office. The under eye fillers were incorrectly placed. Now it looks like I have bags under my eyes, which I never had before. When I complained to the injector at Dr. Goldstein's office, she just used saline to correct it. It never got fixed. Today I find out that saline does nothing to correct bad undereye fillers. I trusted you. You broke my trust. Never again. Thank you. The Dr. is nice but the cosmetics side of things is now terrible. Both my sons see Dr Goldstein and his assistants. The staff is very friendly and professional. The care both my sons have received is excellant. They are very knowledgeable and tell you what the problem is and how they are going to treat it. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We have never encountered any problems. Always a pleasure going to the office. Thank you all for all the good work you do and the friendly atmosphere. You all deserve to be complimented for doing such a good job. I went to Goldstein Dermatology for dark spots on my face due to sun damage and age (I'm 47). I have been seeing Kristen Rogers in the Aesthetic Dept. for almost a year now. The results are incredible! Not only has the discoloration significantly diminished, but my skin looks better than it has in years. The products they use are fantastic and the service and professionalism of the staff is second to none. The medical side of his office is just as fantastic, very professional and polite. The satellite office in Medway is a really nice option if you live South of Natick. Same great staff! You won't be disappointed. I've been going to Dr. Goldstein office for many years. His staff is very professional and friendly. I've had microneedling and clear and brilliant done and feel it has made a huge improvement in my skin. I also love there products. I had a very positive experience at Goldstein Dermatology. I felt very safe when I went for my treatment. The office and staff are following the guidelines to keep everyone safe during this time. I was able to get an appointment when I called and I did not have to wait when I arrived, which was wonderful. I highly recommend Kristen Rogers. She is very professional and friendly. I don’t know why anyone would complain about Dr.Goldstein and his staff. As a patient for past few years I have Always been greeted and with a nice smile, courtesy and respect. His staff is committed to assisting you and making the visit less stressful. Dr Goldstein’s years of experience and knowledge are unmatched. Dr. Goldstein and his staff are friendly, helpful and committed to making sure you are taken care of professionally and thoroughly. I feel confident that they care about my health.

I Called this office trying to book an appointment for my Mother, as I started giving the girl all the information to the girl at front desk, in middle of that she started talking to other co-worker-at the front desks about other things . Then she was like “ your caller I d doesn’t match with the name on the insurance card” I replied that is because it’s for my mom and I’m calling from my phone. Then after that she was having hard time entering all my info and the card on her system. I asked can I bring in the time of the appointment? She replied. She was acting so young. I asked may be someone else can enter it. She replied no. Only me does these STUFF HERE. I said ok after calling back. Another picked up her name is Me....la. I asked for her office manager she said she is in meeting. I asked when will it be over? She said can I take a message, I said no, I want to take to talk to her then she replied well her meeting will be over in two hours. ok I said you have my number have her give me a call back. What is name? Then she hung up the phone on my face. :( I received a call from from the first Girl who I had spoke 10 mins later she says, ‘The office manager says if u have a problem with your insurance call them. “ I replied oh I thought the manager was in meeting how come you asked her.at that point she couldn’t answer and I asked her to have the manager give me a call back or if she can transfer me to her voicemail. I wrote a review prior to this one and by accident wrote the staff was unfriendly. That was a typo. I meant to write the staff was very friendly.

Answered all of my questions and was very nice well a woman attended me I don’t know if it was his assistant or something but still they were very polite and useful :)

There’s nothing more annoying than having a 10am appt and 4 people who arrived after me were seen before me and then being moved from the waiting room to the exam room to sit and wait to be seen. I waited 40 minutes and was seen by the NP. My time is valuable. I will never return to this doctors office again. *OH! And I was a new patient. ALWAYS finds something to remove, even when the risk is negligible. Also expect a long wait at the office.

Other doctors ignored my problems He knew the minute he saw my skin what the problem was He care is excellent!

I saw Dr. Goldstein for a rash in the fall of 2017. He treated it as excema/dermatitis for 4 months with a steroid ointment and it kept getting worse. After the first 2 months he took a shallow skin sample as a biopsy and it came back as "some kind" of dermatitis. After 4 months he sent me to another dermatoligist. She took a deeper biopsy and it came back as a "stubborn fungus", so she put me on oral lamolsil for four weeks and it solved the problem. Looks like Goldstein did the biopsy wrong.

Amy is the best! Karen too....love Dr Goldstein. Great results from all.

Dr. Goldstein removed my mole without stitching back up--instead, he cauterized the wound without telling me. Now, there's a huge scar on my leg that is extremely unattractive to look at. He also won't renew any prescriptions without making you come back into the office, which is a huge inconvenience to my schedule. I do not recommend this practice. I had 2 very unsatisfactory visits with another dermatologist to remove a facial wart with no results at all. After then trying weeks of home remedies and the wart worsening, Dr. Goldstein was recommended to me. He obliterated that wart in one visit. He treated it himself with his nurse practitioner present to observe his treatment. It has been a month now and the wart has not returned. I am very grateful for the care he gave me and recommend him and his staff highly.
