Dr. Jeffrey E. Cyr

Dr Cyr was excellent, very professional and nice bedside manner for my twin daughters. We used his services at 2 locations within a week of each other. The staff was helpful and considerate, as well. He called the evening of the surgery to check on each daughter. All went smoothly without issues afterwards. We were in good hands with Dr Cyr and his staff!

Dr Cyr is an outstanding oral surgeon who I highly recommend. He treated my tooth extraction and then conducted an implant procedure flawlessly. He listened to my concerns, explained the process, and always followed up with a phone call. His staff was also helpful and attentive.

Excellent experience. First time I ever I had to have a a tooth extracted and it was virtually painless. Exceeded my expectations. Dr. Cyr did a great job. Next step is to do the implant but that will be later and hope for a similar experience!

We had a wonderful experience. After a scheduling mistake, Dr. Cyr fit us into his schedule that day, and even called that evening to check on my son. Everything went well and has healed perfectly. Thanks for everything!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cyr and the entire staff here. I had to have a bone graft followed by an implant which is a very complex and tedious process. Dr. Cyr is knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate, personable, professional and genuinely invested in his patients. Great communication overall - what to expect and what to do for care post the procedures. Everything went well on all my visits and procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Cyr and his wonderful staff. Dr. Cyr is a wonderful Doctor and has amazing bedside manners. The whole staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease. I 100% recommend this practice.

Fine visit for a planned tooth extraction. Instills confidence and ease. Highly skilled and observant of the patient. Highly recommend Dr. Cyr.

I believe Dr Cyr is a very capable physician, however his staff is not good. I had tissue removed for a biopsy and cannot get a response about the results. We are talking cancer. Until he employs different people, I would suggest you stay away from Dr Cyr. I say that with regret. John Ferguson

Dr. Cyr removed my wisdom teeth 25 years ago, and then 2 extractions to prepare for an implant last month. Both times, I had no complications, and relatively NO PAIN. He even called personally to check on me that night. I highly recommend him and his professional staff!

It is the Friday before Easter and last night my tooth broke clean off. Needless to say there was a lot of pain. I called dental surgeons to see which are open on this holiday weekend- and they were! They worked me in and they were 100% honest about my having to wait to be worked in. I get in and the nurses and staff are caring and checked on me several times while I waited. The billing came in and went over all the costs with. I finally have the procedure started and it wasn't scary at all. They double checked my chart due to my allergies and even had another doctor come in and talk to me about options for pain relief and antibiotics, very thorough. While I do have pain in my mouth now (from the needle, not pulled tooth) it still was the best dental visit I had in 56 years! I will definitely be going back for more repair work. Dr. Cyr called me himself to check on me - that was the perfect touch to an already wonderful experience!

Dr. Cyr did an excellent job with my son's wisdom teeth extraction. He spent a lot of time answering questions and troubleshooting any problems that could potentially arise, specific to my son's circumstances. His nurse is equally amazing. From the front office staff to Dr. Cyr's personal follow up call the evening after surgery, I have been impressed and at ease. Excellent doctor and practice!

Dr. Cyr removed a tooth for me back in September and another (wisdom) tooth today. He has also removed wisdom teeth for my husband and my mother in the past. He is the best! My daughter was scheduled to have 2 teeth removed but ended up needing a 3rd baby tooth taken out and Dr. Cyr and his staff were absolutely amazing! They made her feel comfortable and the procedure took less than 20 minutes under anesthesia. He even called us later that evening to check on her!

I have been to Dr. Cyr for extractions and implants twice over a number of years. I have been extremely pleased with my care. I received follow-up calls post-op and felt that everything was explained well. My implant that was put in years ago is still in great shape, and I am sure the one he will be doing now will be the same. I trust Dr. Cyr for my care and actually told my dentist that Dr. Cyr was who I wanted to go to for my implant once I learned that my tooth was broken.

As anxious as I was to have my tooth pulled, Dr Cyr provided true comforting care and spent quality time to ensure we looked at all the options. The consummate professional who restored my faith in dentistry. Dr. Cyr thank you, than you, you and your staff are the best. Dr. Cyr is by far is the Premier oral surgeon in Richmond. A great guy who has exemplary sugical ability!

I would definitely recommend Dr Cyr to anyone needing quality dental care

I had seen Dr Cyr previously & was happy so I scheduled daughter's wisdom teeth knowing she would be in very capable hands. From the 1st appt to the last level of attention & care was awful. We were rushed through all the appts, nurse was main person of contact day of surgery & she didn't have a clue & gave incorrect post op directions. No post op call was made. We had to call & get script for complications. Emergency visit to lance & drain abscess by other Dr. Follow up by Cyr was appathetic.

Dr. Cyr performed teeth extractions on my son when he was 7 and removed wisdom teeth at age 16. Dr. Cyr is a shoot from the hip kind of guy: factual and succinct with a personable overlay. I have complete faith in him and would not hesitate to refer a friend.
