The best doctor out there in our opinion. Moving back to Richmond so as not to change. Nothing I say could do justice. Simply a life saver.

My husband and I moved to Richmond two years ago and it was really hard to find a new Primary Care we could trust. When we found Dr. Joseph Goddard, we were able to see him in a very short time and since then we can say that we have found one of the best doctors out there. He has always been so kind and patient, when you are telling him your concerns he pay close attention and he really cares. My husband and I moved to Richmond two years ago and it was really hard to find a new Primary Care we could trust. When we found Dr. Joseph Goddard, we were able to see him in a very short time and since then we can say that we have found one of the best doctors out there. He has always been so kind and patient, when you are telling him your concerns he pay close attention and he really cares. Dr. Goddard is great, but when I called today to ask if my new insurance would be accepted, the female receptionist was very short with me and it seemed as if was a nuisance for inquiring. There was no further information given other than “We don’t take that.” Nothing more. I would hope that the practice I have put my trust into would be a bit more kind and professional when telling me that I need to find a new healthcare provider. Customer service really needs improvement. Again, no reflection on the care I received. Dr. Goddard has been an amazing doctor, and I am no easy patient. He takes the time to explain anything and does what he can to help you understand what's going on. He's very responsive and I highly recommend him.
