I called the COFS office and explained I needed extensive oral surgery but was very scared (TERRIFIED) so much so I had put this off for well over a yr and a half and full of anxiety but that I needed to come in. The receptionist told me that although all their Dr's are great, DR. THOMAS ESCHENROEDER would probably be the best fit for me considering my anxiety & fears. She was SO RIGHT! I can not express with just 5 tiny stars how comforting, gentle, reassuring , knowledgeable and beyond anything else....GENUINELY CARING that Dr. Eschenroeder was with me! A month & half prior to surgery, (THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS) I woke up with a HUGE lump that went from the top of my upper gum line to the bottom of my eye socket. It looked like I had been punched by MikeTyson without the bruising... Dr. Eschenroeder was off that day so another DR called in antibiotics for me, I was SHOCKED when that same evening around 7pm Dr Eschenroeder himself called to check on me... ON THE NIGHT OF HIS DAY OFF. He called 2 days later himself to see if I was getting relief. As far as the surgery even one of the O.R. prep nurses told me that he was one of her favorites because he was always so calm, nice and pleasant to work with. I can NOT tell you how this man changed my life... My quality of life! Had it not been for his gentleness , true genuine caring nature and calming reassurance I probably would have backed out and put it off yet another year and been in constant pain! I had MAJOR oral surgery that had to be done at ST MARYS (not in office) and he did such a great job! I had ZERO complications, healed as fast as possible, little to no pain (only discomfort) and I just couldn't be happier. I have reviewed many people but Dr Eschenroeder.....he is just DIFFERENT, I wish there were 5 more *'s I could give him, he surly earned all of them! He is the BEST!!!! Thank you Dr. E...
