Jeffrey Fetter was the independent psychologist I was supposed to meet to discuss my conditional discharge , after spending most of the meeting telling him I didn't want to take medication and I want to get off,his last question to me was would I be willing to keep taking medication when my conditional discharge was over,it was like he was just reading a script
