Maxwell Arrington Snead III

Perhaps I caught Dr. Snead on a busy day, but I did not feel that he listened to nor answered my questions. I left my appointment very discouraged and not even confident that I have an accurate eye prescription.

I felt it was a very mechanical experience. It seemed like he was disengaged from the experience and had a strange staff member join him in the room who treated me like I was a piece of the furniture. She didn't introduce herself, explain her presence or even make eye contact with me. I kept waiting for my signal that the appointment was over and felt like my presence there was a waste of his time. It was certainly a waste of my co-pay. I will be seeking another opinion.
