Dr. Richard Bradley Ferrell

I worked with Dr Ferrell at NHH . I can’t begin to tell you the depth of this man and his commitment to the clients/patients he served. He also encouraged and taught staff in a way I had never seen before always validating the person while presenting a different perspective in a way that that gave the person the ability to see a different perspective , in a non judgmental way... I cannot day enough good things about Dr. Ferrell has and his abilities to teach...assess...and learn from his teaching approach!! He is the best in my 30 years... As a nurse and manager... I appreciated his approach in teaching.. nurses providing support to some very difficult cases...and can personally attest to the value of his teaching style!!!watching others grow under his leadership as the psychiatrist. I grew leaps and bounds in. Assessing and providing treatment to patients with him as a leader!!
