Very caring and listens

Consistently making errors. Sent meds to pharmacy I’ve never been to. Doctor is short with patients.

Wait times are always an hour or more for a scheduled appointment. If they cancel your appointment because the Dr is out sick it’s ok but if you miss an appointment there’s a $75 charge...receptionist at the front window is very rude..

I have been going to Dr. Friedman and Grace for the last 10 years both are great to work with always answer my questions. The staff always is great and very helpful when I call or come in. Great Dr and staff Not so good now. Got gout last wed. Dr called in a drug in i m already on. Was told last week that a pack was called in to ease crystal Calle in to wrong insurance company. Today mon finally got pack. This is 5 days later. Been in bed for 5 days. If it had been handles i would have been out of bed over the week end. I am not a happy camper This is 10 calls later. Oh yeah my husband had to go down there as there phone system was not working Great Dr and staff Not so good now. Got gout last wed. Dr called in a drug in i m already on. We are seniors and Dr Friedman has been our MD since 2010 when we retired to FL. No matter what the issue you are seen quickly. Staff also responds quickly to requests and with a friendly caring attitude. I recently have gone through a 10 month ordeal that was complicated by Covid closings and restriction. He has been with me thru this horrible time dealing with specialists and calling me even on a holiday and weekends. Doesn’t matter what day or time he is there. Surgery finally done and recovery well on the way and with a huge thank you to them all. We are seniors and Dr Friedman has been our MD since 2010 when we retired to FL. I have had good experiences with this office; they provide well above average professional and courteous customer service. The NP Grace is awesome. I have never had to deal with rude office staff here. Getting an appointment right away if needed has never been a problem. You can even get video appointments if you chose !

His staff are the rudest, most uncaring " professionals?,!" I have EVER encountered.

The compassion and experience of Dr Friedman, Grace, Dinah and the staff are beyond compare.

Been seeing him for 24 years. He's reliable, caring, knowledgeable and thorough.

Great front office! Very little wait time. Dr. Friedman is interested in me, his patient. Explains things well. Brings a lot of experience into his practice and into helping me.

Patient there for several years. Was mistaken for someone else by DR Friedman a few times. Also, when I asked for specific blood work to be done and I thought it had been done I later found out it hadn't been done. I had to go to another DR to get it done because they didn't see a reason. HUGE issue! Later found out I had the problem I had thought about. My final straw with this place came today when I asked for a DR note and they stated that there was no medical reason for it. I will never refer anyone to this office again.

Dr Friedman highly knowledgeable and caring person. The best part of visiting the doctor's office for me when I say about some of my health problems, he responds that it is not serious and will heal in 3-5 days. Of course Dr Friedman prescribes medications if it necessary , but I think I just get heal by his positive energy and attitude that everything will be all right. Office stuff are friendly and professional. The best doctor is in Daytona Beach area.

I was treated extremely rudely by the nurses there- never even got to see the doctor. I will never go back and would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

Dr. Friedman has been our GP/Family Physician for five or more years. I can't say enough good about him. He has given us personal care and treats us with respect and explains any treatment or procedures in a manner that a non-medical person can understand, but never patronizes.

Dr. Friedman has been my physician for over 20 years. He has never let me down. He has been the most serious doctor I've dealt with, meaning that he treats patients with the intent to help and heal. Dr. Friedman has been my Physician for the last 15+ years. He was the first to recognize my cancer. He accelerated my treatment by contacting specialists and setting my appointments. He continuously checked my progress through the portals and by making personal contact via phone calls to me personally. With phone calls throughout my recovery, Dr. Friedman has earned my trust and respect as both a Doctor and a friend. He cares.

Everything about this medical practice is 5 Star+++. Dr. Friedman is an outstanding physician with all the qualities one hopes to find in in their doctor. He is kind, caring, honest, listens attentively to your concerns and takes time to explain anything that you need to know. A 5-Star rating is inadequate.

Dr. Friedman is fantastic- most of the office staff could use some charm lessons. If you can look past the phone help and the receptionist- you will like the doctor.

Dr Friedman highly knowledgeable and caring person. I trust him when he says that something is not serious. I respect him that he looks healthy himself, and I like his jokes that make me feel comfortable at his office. Thanks a lot for being a great doctor.

We had been going to Dr. Friedman for many years. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and caring. He is very good at explaining all medical issues and uses much care in explaining the necessary treatment. I especially appreciate the online portal service. I simple post any question I have on the portal and Dr Friedman answers my questions personally within hours.

Dr Friedman is attentive, highly knowledgeable and doesn't feed into anxieties. I trust him when he says that something is not serious, and also trust him when he says something is.

All the staff in this office are caring, professional efficient people who go the extra mile making sure we get the services and referrals that we need. I tell people that I know Dr. Friedman has saved my husband's life on more than one occasion. He is the best.

I've been going to this office for over ten years and I can honestly say, that Dr. Friedman is a doctor that cares. He's the real deal. I've had a chronic asthma issue for about 5 years. Dr. Friedman and his staff worked to get me the medicine that I needed and recommended trusted specialists that have helped me to make a full recovery. If you're looking for someone you can trust and will make your health his TOP priority, Dr. Friedman is that person. I'm so grateful for his kindness and care.

I have been going to Dr. Friedman for over 26 years now. He always listens to my concerns and treats me with respect no matter how I ramble on .He might tell me "Rita " one problem at a time but never does he brush my concerns away .He has always explained them thoughly in detail to me. And the staff is also "The very best ever" I always get in the same day I call or the next day.. The office and Dr. Friedman are 10 Star rated to me. Dr. Jeff Friedman and FCP are exceptional in every regard - most importantly in their professionalism and care. They operate on a well defined and adhered to schedule so that you are not left in the waiting room for long periods. You are greeted with a smile and a "hi" at the sign-in desk. A nurse or assistant calls you in as scheduled with another smile and "hi". You are ushered to an exam room where the nurse/assistant does the initial screening, BP, weight, etc. More to follow...

Wish I could rate less than one star. Had one visit and that was enough. He could not have cared less about me. Cold, impersonal, dismissive. Won't go back, that's for sure.

Dr. Friedman may come off a little terse when you first meet him but in my opinion he is just trying to quickly wade through the useless information being thrown at him and get to the heart of the problem. I saw a specialist for 4 months concerning a knee issue and Dr. Friedman caught an issue the specialist did not see and had me feeling much better the very next day. The office staff is friendly and fast. I am usually in and out in less than 30 minutes. So, the moral here is: I'd rather have a doctor who actually fixes my problems than one who smiles at me, pats my head, and says everything will be fine.
