Referred here by my back Doctor. Called first to find out how much my portion would be, was informed by billing of my exact amount. Arrived for appointment after filling out all forms to include that I had received spinal injections 2 months prior with negative results, finally see the Doctor. The Doctor starts explaining the procedure for spinal injections, I stated “Doctor, I just had these injections 2 months ago and they made it worse why would you want to repeat this”? Doctor replies OH! if you already had these there’s nothing I can do for you because spinal injections is all we do. So after seeing the Doctor for all of 5 minutes O leave after paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for nothing. You’d think someone would have read the information the asked me for stating that I had the injections 2 months ago. I leave very frustrated and hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a 5 minute Doctor visit. Thinking lesson learned, nope there not done yet. I get a new bill for more money. WHAT????? Yes you owe more money because we did a drug test on you!!! HUH!!!! But the Doctor said there was nothing he could do for my pain? Yes but we drug test all our patients. But I’m not a patient, remember. Sorry you owe us more money. They refused to listen to reason and provided zero service. For which I’m out hundreds of dollars. They treat you like a criminal . Staff and doctors are rude and arrogant . Stay away from this place

Dr. Rathy Joseph is very rude & automatically thinks you're there for an Oxy script. She never let me express my issues & right away treated me as if I was an addict. She's definitely in the wrong field!

This doctor did not examine me. He hardly looked at me. He just wanted to write a script for pain meds and push me out the door. I asked him for information about my condition or info on any at home treament ideas. He gave me nothing. He does not care about his patients. He actually denied me a topical pain relief med. I would never allow this individual to see me again. I was in the ER due to a malfunction with my pain pump, which sent me into an overdose of Fentenyl. When I called PRC, I was told he was on call and would return my call. He didn't and I was forced to call again. When he understood the issue, I needed info about the pain pump and the level of medicine in it, he said that I was at the hospital and suggested I call the office on Monday. He then hung up on me.

Doctor G is very nice, however, I usually wait for 30-50 minutes to see him for less than 5. The office staff is terrible. Waited almost 2 weeks to call my insurance to get approval for a procedure that the doctor said I should have done in a few days. They staff does not seem to understand that they work in a PAIN management office and the people they are dealing with are in pain and need things to happen as quickly as possible.
