I like Dr. Weiss. He is pleasant, smiles and makes you feel good. A lot of Urologist make you feel uneasy and are depressing. Forget other negative reviews this is a good doctor I recommend

I like the personal attention that Dr. Weiss provides and his willingness to explain any questions or concerns. I feel like I am in good hands.

Dr. Weiss is rude and unprofessional. My mother was having a procedure, she was anxious and nervous that she could possibly have a tumor. Dr. Weiss, who was not a part of our appointment, blew into our exam room, ( we did not ask nor know of him) while the PA had her hands up my mother and looked at the screen and jokingly said ' that's definitely bladder cancer. ' I was shocked at his complete lack of compassion. Naturally , we were upset by his unprofessional attitude. He went on to call me obnoxious before leaving our exam room, then had his staff tell me he was not available to speak with me. We were then told to leave by his secretary, Toni. Hey Stephen weiss, if you read this, take a minute and realize you are a poor representative of doctors and someone's cancer is not a joke, especially when an 86 year old woman is laying there, scared and unaware. Shame on you. You need sensitivity training and just common decency. You treated my poor mom like she was a dumb nobody. No one deserves that. The only kind person we encountered was the PA's assistant. She was pleasant and answered our questions politely. STAY AWAY from these 'professionals ' . Truly unbelievable office. I have been a patient for more than 10 years. Outstanding office staff , understanding and very friendly. Office is very private and soothing. Dr. Weiss is the BEST urologist. Thorough, caring, very knowledable and professional. Have had many here issues and each time made me very comfortable with his decisions. If you want and EXCELLENT urologist...look for him! Dr. Weiss did not address the problem which I came to see him. He required tests to be performed, and then told me I should have my left kidney removed. I questioned his reasons since I had no symptoms. His bedside manner was aloof and he kept readjusting his ill- fitting mask. I did not have confidence in what he said, since he was supposed to request medical records from my previous doctors, as well as surgical procedures. I filled out the forms, which were never submitted.

The dr. Has a positive attitude and knowledgeable. The staff has been verry friendly and reassuring

Dr. Weiss was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in layman’s terms. His staff were very kind and courteous especially Ashley Keeley. She recommended Dr Weiss to us and we are very happy with the outcome.

Dr. Weiss saved my husbands life. He went above and beyond in securing my husbands comfort while hospitalized, as well as correcting my husbands problem. He readily explained my husbands condition, and continued to reassure us during follow-up at office.

All my meetings with Dr. Weiss have bee very good.

Zero stars! I had my annual visit today with Dr. Weiss. I have had a urostomy for decades. The appliance is ill-fitting now and leaks. I took a different brand of appliance with me, but he wasn't interested. He actually did nothing- did not look at my stoma, nor at the new bag, nor at the skin around my stoma. All the nurse did was take a blood sample. Weiss said to come back in a year for more blood work. Worthless!

I've been trying to schedule a new patient appointment for 2 weeks now! How do you get through to them? I've left messages, spoke clearly, slowly and still nothing!!

Dr. weiss in my opinion is very ineffect, doesn’t listen, and appears to care less about his patients. My husband recently went through a serious prostate cancer surgery. He went for an exam with Dr. Weiss mentioning he was experiencing some bladder pain. Dr. Weiss didn’t even refer to bladder pain. A few days later he is in emergency room with tremendous pain and a UTI infection. Had to have catheter to relieve pain. A few days later he goes to Dr. Weiss to get catheter removed . Assistant did it and didn’t check problem. A few days later an ambulance had to take him to emergency room again with horrific pain and had to have another catheter . I would never recommen this office to anyone: the staff is rude and they do not follow up on calling in prescriptions and when they do; they do not bother checking patients allergies prio to orderin* medications

I keep trying to make a new patient appt here and for some reason they just wont allow me even though I have a referral. This place is just unprofessional and staff very very rude. I don't even know what to do as I cant even make an appt here like my doctor wants me to. Staff must be super busy and just don't want more patients I guess, still dont understand why my doctor would refer me there then. Dr Weiss was terse and spoke very pretentiously. When I questioned how he came to an assumption his only response was that he was brilliant. Whether he is actually brilliant I can't be sure because he did nothing to prove it. He should be working in a lab somewhere not with people.

I went to Dr. Weiss when I was having some problems, he did some tests When I went in for the results of the test, he was very rude to me and said I was keeping him from his other patients because I wasn't on the table for a routine examine when he came into the room. I told him I was just there for the results of the ultrasound I had. In an angry manner, he blurted out, you have cancer and attempted to leave the room. I went to Mayo and had the kidney removed and never went back to him
