Good Doctor. Excellent staff, specially Shanda great costumer services oriented and perfect knowledge of her job.

Dr Grable has been a wonderful urologist. Very caring and knowledgeable. Ashley K and the Deland staff are helpful and try to make sure everything is smooth for our visits.

Dr. Grable is an outstanding provider. He takes time to listen, explain and encourage questions. My mom had left nephrectomy performed by Dr. Grable. He is highly recommended for this procedure. Thank you Dr. Grable.

I have been using this team for several years now and I am very pleased with how they treat me when I call or when I visit and Dr Grable is pleasant and efficient. This is a busy office but they work quickly and don't waste time. Staff is always pleasant and friendly but most importantly, they do listen.

Dr. Grable was the only dr to actually listen to my complaints and do the surgeries I needed. Very polite and listens. If you need more time to understand some thing speak up.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Grable now for several years. We have never waited more than 30 minutes, which is saying something for such a busy office. We have seen him both in Deland and Orange City. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. The offices are clean and inviting. What is going on at this office and their staff? They do not call customer back and they do not do what they say their going to do.

Pros: -Great, helpful, genuinely friendly office staff. -Polite, courteous doctor. -Payments accepted before seeing doctor? Flawless)) Cons: -First visit; 65 minute wait, antibiotics, sent for sonogram. -Second visit: 65 mintute wait, more antibiotics. Told sonogram results ‘Good news; nothing found’, when still there. -Third visit: 80 minute wait, same issue present, suggested new antibiotic. Have never met this Dr., and not sure that I will. Was hospitalized at De Land Hospital and was scheduled for a "consultation" with Dr. His P.A. came for the "consultation" which lasted less than five minutes, where I was asked about five questions and then told that I would need a procedure involving a scope into my urethra. No mention of how why or what they were looking for, only that they would use a "numbing agent." Not very confident about this group. Only there to set appts.

The worst Dr. I ever went.Did Turp and had bad recovery.He had no clue why.I had to go to a different Dr. to get it right.Had a good Dr. do the surgery,no problems.

they talk a good game but fall between the cracks with your insurance he put a stent in me and never once called me to see if i was okay i cant work until they get this stent out the funny thing is i am a nurse cant work broke they want their money no money no stent removal and betty never calls you back thanks guys hoping to die quickly thanks

I am a snowbird with a history of bladder cancer. Twice I had complications from surgeries in Michigan that required finding a urologist locally in Florida. Dr. Grable was recommended so I called him. His staff fit me into his busy schedule and in both cases he was able to help me. He communicated effectively with my doctor in Michigan to ensure the proper treatment. He is very caring, thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
