Had Cervical spine surgery on C4-C7 where Jeffrey Garlock assisted as a Anesthesiologist through US Anesthesia Partners. With the use of an Endotracheal tube (breathing) I presently still have a paralyzed vocal cord and difficulties with swallowing solids over a year later. Not to mention the Bills due to visits and surgery with an ENT. My life has totally changed to no fault of my own.
