The office personnel at the Crystal River office have caused me undo problems and agony. Thanks to them I have been out of a much-needed medication for the last 9 days. I have called this office on three occasions asking that the doctor would return my call. I have been completely ignored and no calls returned. I honestly thought that Dr Carolina was a caring doctor he's either not getting the messages or he doesn't care.

My father is a patient of Dr. Carolino. I have called everyday for the past 3 days for answers for simple questions I have. He has yet to respond to my questions, even though I was told he would return my call at the end of each and every day. He has only seen my father 1 time since his admission to Citrus Health & Rehab on 2/17 to build his strength and stamina today is 2/23. Yet everyday he does laps in the hall daily and his strength has adequately returned and have yet to dicharge him so he can return home. I find this disturbing and totally unacceptable. If I could I would give him 0 stars.

He’s a very excellent doctor with good bedside manners.
