excellent, more than excellent, the kindest man ever and so is his entire staff.

I was to be a new patient this afternoon. I was actually excited due to reviews on this site and they took my insurance, plus I need adjustment badly as I am having difficulty walking. Unfortunately, the office staff had such a negative attitude that I decided to take my business else where. I was not able to get past the rude behavior of your office staff Suzanne. She asked for my insurance card and driver license. When I said I had it a mobile app and was pulling it up, she said then you cant be seen as they need a physical copy. I asked why and she tried to tell me that I was legally required to provide them a copy of my insurance card. I replied this was not a legal requirement. At that point the other office person said they could take it from a mobile app and just input it in the the computer. This appeared to annoy Suzanne as she became very condescending asking along with heavy sighing and eye rolls. I decided to take my business else where.

My husband and I have been going to this Doctor for the last 8 years I call him my miracle man. We highly recommend him.
