Over 2 hour wait past my appointment time. From conversations with others in the waiting room this was normal. Finally get to the back and listened to the doctor argue with another patient in another room as he stood in the hallway. He did not introduce himself to me and turned his back to me to speak to someone else in the room. Not sure if a nurse or trainee? Spoke as if I was not even there. I tried to ask a question regarding thyroid levels and he remarked that everyone wants to blame their thyroid on their weight and my thyroid was fine. I had a total thyroid removal in 2021 and struggling to find a balance since. When I voiced that he just turned to the nurse and said she is fine, order blood work and schedule appointment in 3-4 months to check sugar levels. Yes I am diabetic but that has been well controlled. Thyroid harming levels are not. He walked out the door and so did I. I will not see him again.

Cannot get supplies needed for my mothers type 1 diabetes for over a month.

Dr. Random is the best endocrinologist I have seen. He listens to you and makes appropriate recommendations for my diabetes. In three months my A1C has gone from 7.9 to 6.3. I’m very impressed and I will be a patient of his for years to come.

Tried to make an appointment in Mount Dora office. Was told it would be a 4-5 month wait. When I requested my records so that I could go somewhere else I was sent on a wild goose chase. Call center kept disconnecting me, office staff didn't know what the heck they were doing. Totally unprofessional staff. Can't say anything about the Doctor because after the way his staff treated me I was done. A doctor is only as good as his staff & his staff was the pits.....Found a great Doctor & staff in Lake Mary. I am willing to travel for the best treatment.

as a diabetic Pt it is very important to have a understanding and compassionate doctor. Dr Tandon takes his time with all of his patient to understand their life style and the best way to treat/diagnose you. He calls his pt's after hours and on weekends if necessary with results of blood work or just to see how they are doing if there is a concern with their will being. There is a wait to see him; BUT WORTH IT!!!

Dr.Tandon is attentive, knowledgeable, reassuring, skillful and above all, professional! He listens to you and spends sufficient time with you. I feel reassured each time I visit

Doctor does run late sometimes but the one I had in St. Louis did also, but good doctor's are worth the wait, I know he does hospital rounds also thats fine cause it could be me in there one day, I think he always has your best interest for your health in mine, I would not see anyone else been going to him for over 3 years. Always ask you questions about your meds. family history or if you got any concerns. Doctor Tandom you spot on for my life feel very fortunate to have you in my corner.

I have been seeing Dr. Tandon for a number of years now. Each visit he is very thorough and allows time for you to ask questions and discuss certain aspects of your treatment. His support personnel are also very friendly and caring.

Dr. Tandon reviewed my files and asked several questions to ascertain what needed to be done. He explained his thinking, so that I understood my options clearly. He examined my feet, lungs, throat, as well as my history with diabetic treatments. I felt he listened carefully to what i had to say and took my perspective into consideration. He gave me hope that we were going to make positive progress with the course of treatment we selected.

Dr. Tandon is a very knowledgeable in his area of expertise as an endocrinologist . He listens patiently, polite and respectful. Presents interest and ask questions about the details of signs, symptoms, treatments of the diagnosis, illness or disease of the patient being seen. Looks for alternative treatments in order to resolve or alíviate the clinical situation presented.

No one ever answers the phone! Called and held for 25 minutes, Then tried calling Leesburg office…could not find my work orders. Told me my ultra sound work order was “just bloodwork”. So incompetent. Could not answer one question

long waiting room time. Dr. should take time to look over my chart to see what I'm in his office for. Hard to understand mumbling under a mask at 100mph with a heavy accent. Very long phone hold times. I'm trying to get records out of his office for 60 days now to buy life insurance. His office is holding up the process. All 5 other Drs. have managed to send in what they required. I'm looking for another endocrinologist.

Very abrupt, interrupts answers, does not analyze previous history or referral. Prescribed prescription (fludocortisone) and it made my symptoms worse. Called him, had no answers, no recommendations and said there was nothing he could do. Would, highly, NOT recommend him!

I waited over an hour to see the doctor and was told it would be at least another 30 minutes. I asked the staff if this was typical and they indicated he frequently runs behind. I left and wrote a letter to the doctor expressing my displeasure with my experience. Never heard from him. No follow, no apology. Do not use this doctor.

I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and never saw Dr Tandon. After 45 minutes I asked what the problem was and the girl asked if I wanted to reschedule; I made arrangements to wait another 45 minutes . I wasted an entire afternoon getting here and waiting. I also have people who rely on me and this is disgraceful.

The best in every way !

This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a doctor. The call center scheduled an appointment for me without giving me the time of the appointment and failed to call me back after calling several times. I missed the appointment because of this and they never even called, texted, or emailed me to confirm my appointment beforehand. Due to this error, I had to reschedule and wait another 2 months to see the physicians on top of the 2 months I had already waited for the initial appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and also failed to give me my appointment time the second time i scheduled. The day of the appointment, I waited to see him for almost 2 hours, and even though I asked for regular updates on the wait, the staff told me "you're next". It wasn't until after the appointment that I was told he normally runs at least 90 minutes behind schedule. Dr. Tandon himself has terrible bedside manner. He is rude, interrupts you while speaking, and invalidates how you are feeling. He told me the symptoms I was feeling were not real and presumed to throw out possible diagnoses without explaining what they even were. He is also very loud when speaking, and from experience waiting on him in another room, violates the privacy of the patient. His medical assistance also violated HIPAA by failing to lock the computer while the EMR was still open in my room, displaying confidential patient information of every patient, including myself.

Very rude doctor with no bedside manors. Doesn't explain anything, and gets flustered, not helpful. Speaks poor broken English and very fast. Would not recommend him. Definitely not people oriented.

Dr. Tandon is excellent! His nurse Courtney is excellent! I am lucky to find him in this area. He is intelligent, and has helped me to be rediagnosed as type 1. I am much healthier as a result.

Not good

My experience with Dr. Tandon was excellent. I had a serious episode of fainting without warning two times in short succession and fractured my leg, ankle and the bones in my foot. My blood pressure was dropping dangerously every time I stood up, so my primary care doctor arranged for a referral to Dr. Tandon, along with several other specialists (3 others who did nothing). He figured it all out and still keeps me healthy. He listens and he completely discusses my test results. Excellent.

I went to Dr. Tandon with high expectations. I've been treated well within the Lakeview Internal Med Offices. When I went in to see him with a referral from my PCP who is assoc. with Lakeview Internal Medicine he asked me why I was there and what prompted me to have the Thyroid Antibodies blood work done. From there I knew the rest of the visit would be a nightmare. I advised him why I had that blood work done. Complete and utter disrespect and disregard the rest of the visit.

Dr. Tandon interrupts a lot. I tried to explain the reasons in doing some things on the 'send home' diabetes paper he . I was meticulous about it, he barely scanned it, interrupted me and seemed more interested in getting to his next patient. My diabetes numbers were really bad and he said he'd see me in three months. What is that?? He never smiles and, sorry, but with his accent, sometimes he can be very hard to understand. I won't be going back.
