Doctors were both very nice I saw one for allergies another for exam. Both are very friendly and courteous as well as through in explanation of eye health. The front staff is also really nice too, Jules helped me pick out my new frames which in my experiences is a first and also gave me pricing breakdown and a copy of my vision numbers. I would consider going out of network for this place if that ever comes up hopefully not cuz I'd be sad

Love love LOVE this place for all my eye needs. They take such good care of me! My eyes have always been bad and they help ACTUALLY make them better! Of course it still takes time but they do their best to help you the best way possible while making sure your comfortable in the process.

I have been going to Trinity for several years. The Ellison's are always professional and thorough. They keep up with technology in support of a proactive approach to finding issues early on. Not just eye issues but other health problems that can be diagnosed by examining your eyes.

I didn’t even think to come here and went to urgent care (ended up not being seen due to wait) after something flew into my eye and caused a major irritation. I came here the next day after seeing they offer eye emergency and eye care on Google and am SO GLAD I DID. There was basically no wait time, easy forms to fill out, staff was friendly and attentive. The doctor I saw showed me where the abrasion was, gave me an RX, and I was on my way to the pharmacy within the hour (the amount of time I waited at urgent care for them to tell me how long the wait would be ironically). Plus I learned more about the services they offer so I actually scheduled another appointment for an additional eye screening. Thank you Trinity! I’ve added them to my phone book for all my eye care needs.

I recently visited and this practice was absolutely amazing. Dr. Don Ellison was able to see me for a possible emergency that ended up being dry eyes. Despite the benign nature of the issue, the Dr. did every test and explained everything. He commented that he was a data driven person and wanted to be sure about his prognosis. Excellent tempermant and bedside manner. I could not recommend them enough and will be using them as my primary eye care for the foreseeable future. Great place, great people, and great eyewear

Second time I bring my grandma to Trinity Eye Associates, both times I’ve been impressed with how friendly and efficient the front staff is, and how compassionate and throughout Dr. Jill is. Really happy with the service.

After having my family eyes checked in Georgia for the last 21 years, going to Trinity Eye Associate was a great experience. Everyone was very very friendly and helpful. They are very professional as well. If you are in the metro Orlando area,I highly recommend them.

A fabulous, clean little office in Oviedo! I’ve been to a few optometrist, but this is by-far my favorite. The staff is very friendly and will make you feel confident when selecting frames (if you ask for help). They have a decent selection with multiple designer brand frames. They clearly explained what my insurance covered and helped me optimize the benefits. Dr. Don is über nice and is a great conversationalist - no awkward or frigid moments here. My wife and I are very comfortable with this practice. We have found solutions here where we were unsuccessful in other places. Talented and professional. Focused on our needs as opposed to the herd of cattle treatment you get from the other eye clinics so if you want a practice where you are treated like family, this is the place. Dr.Ellison is a shining example of everything a doctor should be!! She is kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and just an amazing doctor!! I wish she could be my doctor for everything honestly. My entire family had been patients at Trinity, but they recently changed their office procedures and sent a automated email asking to confirm you would follow their non-CDC guidelines for visits. I asked for them to have one of the two Dr’s to please call me, but instead the “office manager” told them I was rude for asking for clarification and the practice would refuse to see not just me, but my spouse and children. I am now trying to get the electronic version of my eye scans but have not heard any response. I am shocked the Dr’s won’t talk to patients and are not following Covid CDC federal guidelines. I have seen both Dr. Don and Dr. Jill. Both are extremely thorough and comprehensive in the evaluation for simple glasses/contacts as well as more significant eye conditions. 5 stars for the doctor and 1 star for the staff. After completing my eye exam, i sat down with a member of the staff. After reviewing some options for glasses and being informed improperly about the pricing i decided to hold off. We sat back down and she informed me of a late fee from a year ago that i owed. This was incorrect. They would not budge even though i told them i had previously called in. I will be taking my business and prescription else where. They can keep the $40. I would have preferred to been made aware of this prior to our appointment and allowed to be inside instead of being locked outside of the building until my appointment. I have been going to Trinity for the past 5 years and absolutely love them. To say the least I have a laundry list of eye issues including Uveitis, Keratoconus, Intacs etc. Dr. Jill truly cares about each of her patients and takes the time to make sure all of your eye issues are addressed and taken care of. She is a pro at fitting sclaro lenses and with minor tweaks here and there I have been able to finally get a set of contacts I can see out of. I since have moved to Washington state and have yet to find a more knowledgeable and caring doctor like Dr. Don and Dr. Jill. Very thorough eye exam and efficient procedures -- a technician ran scans on my eyes and conducted several tests, then I met with the doctor and discussed the overall health of my eyes, reviewed the scans, and received a prescription -- all in less than 30 minutes.

I’m a Keraconus patient and I have been looking for a doctor who has experience with this eye disease. I had a corneal transplant over 20 years ago, and I couldn’t see from my left eye and had poor vision on the other one. My previous eye doctor fitted me with a hard contact lenses, which was so uncomfortable. I had no hope on my vision and really felt useless when it came to driving at night or on rainy days. Today I feel so good and powerful and it’s because of the exceptional eye Dr Jilma. The minute you walk in the staff is wonderful, and they told me there was many other patients with my same eye disease, this made me feel comfortable. I can’t remember the name of a young women who always greeted me with a smile and took measurements of my eyes, she is awesome! All I know about her is that she is from New York. Dr Jilma makes you feel like your eye disease is really not that bad, and she gave me hope on my corneal transplant eye vision. I trusted Dr Jilma words when she said to me , that I can be fitted on both eyes. Today I went to my last visit wearing my lenses and almost seeing 20/20 from both eyes. He showed concern with my eyes since one was bothering me and explained that do to a past stroke from 3 years ago was the reasoning & not to mention my prescription wasn't correct for my visual needs. I really enjoyed my experience here. Everyone is friendly and professional and the whole place is incredibly clean. After years of having previous doctors at other places tell me my eyes were the exact same prescription, and then dismiss me when I try to tell them I didn't think that was right, or that my eyes had changed, because i can feel (and see) the difference between my eyes and how much my eyes bother me, I decided to try Trinity for the first time hoping for a better experience. I drove over 30 minutes today, Monday October 28th to this office. I kept getting an email for the past month from this office saying I was overdue for an exam. About 2 weeks ago I made an appointment through their online service, put all my information including my new number. They sent me an email confirming that the appointment had been confirmed. I get there and I am told that my appointment had been cancelled because they were trying to reach me on Friday, October 26th about my insurance and said that my number was disconnected. So I thought maybe I accidentally put down my old number, but what I don’t get is that if you can send an email CONFIRMING the appointment why couldn’t they send a cancelation email?? I told them I didn’t receive an email about a cancellation and all I got was a stare. They also proceed to tell me I’m not due for an exam until December even though they had emailed me saying I was already overdue. I was not even greeted when I walked in. Just stared at. For those patients that have been with this practice for years, I would imagine you have seen a sharp decline in the service at Trinity. Several years ago, this place was fantastic and absolutely amazing with customer service. However, in the last year it has taken a sharp decline. I started to notice a difference after the wife stepped away from practicing regularly. But it seems since last year when I was in for my yearly exam, they have lost a few key employees from the front. The ladies working there now have absolutely no knowledge of the practice, eye care and/or customer service skills. It is frustrating especially when you remember how good this practice used to be. I will be finding another eye doctor before my exam next year, which is really sad.
