Dr. Gould and the nurses are always great! He takes such good care of my kids! We have been coming here for 11 years. The nurses are also so kind and sweet. They act like they actually care!!! They used to have good office staff until just recently (March 2022). The front office ladies need to be nicer and more kind! Rude office help is not good as your first experience when you get to the doctor’s office. They need to be taught better customer service! If Dr. Gould wasn’t so great we would go somewhere else. The worst after hours care I have ever experienced. We waited two hours to be seen for an ear check. There were only 3 people ahead of us. It should not take that long to be seen. It is faster for us to drive to slc then to ever come back here.

I can usually, always get in to see the dr when I need to. I always make well visit appointments early so that hasn't been a problem for me. However everytime I go we are there for 2 hours waiting we wait to go in then we do the weight check and temperature then in the room we wait for at least an hour, Evey time just to talk to the dr. everytime I wonder why I go there because it is terrible to keep kids good for so long in a boring doctors office. That's my only complaint really I wish they were more timely.

I really like Dr. Gould and his practice. But just so everyone knows the walk in clinic closes at 5:45 instead of 6 on saturday. We got there at 5:50 for a strep culture and they locked the doors. The receptionist said they lock the doors at 5:45. That is fine for policy but let your patients know on your website or something so they have a chance to make arrangements for a slightly earlier appointment. Great doctor

The staff and everyone is amazing!!

Dr. Gould has been our pediatrician since 2005. We met at the after hours clinic and immediately changed pediatricians the next morning. He is very caring, funny, personable, informative, and easy to work with.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Gould. He is very humble compared to other doctors I've been to, he invites questions. He goes into depth in explaining things and addresses my concerns. He is caring. So far I couldn't be happier with our experience here!

The staff is always very kind. We love Dr. Gould for our 2 year old's pediatrician. And I love the after hours walk-in clinic because I don't have to stress about getting in for an urgent appointment (they take walk-ins from 5pm-8:45pm M-F and 11am-5:45pm Sat.)

We love Dr. Gould and his staff, they are always very kind and we love how they treat our children. The office is fun and inviting and we get through our visit in a reasonable amount of time. After visiting the dr and getting imaging done they haven't gotten back to me. They told me they have too many patients (twice) and that they won't be able to get back to me for a while. They said they would call by the end of the day...they didn't. If your insurance allows you to go elsewhere, do it. They would be happy for you because they have too many other people to see. When I asked about the imaging that was done they told me the imaging place hadn't sent the scans. I went to the imaging place and they had it time stamped that it was sent and received the day before. When I went back with the paperwork all they said was they are too busy. They lied to my face. Needless to say my kids will no longer be "growing" with this dr office. After visiting the dr and getting imaging done they haven't gotten back to me.
