Wonderful Doctor that takes the time to explain as well as listen to you as a patient.

I was very disappointed with the overall patient experience last month. The new nurse was not particularly pleasant, Dr. Daniel did not introduce me to the intern who was scribing my medical info, the lab nurse with the needle was in a foul mood, I was billed out of pocket for charges as a "new" patient since it had been 4 years since my last visit (despite records being on file), and the billing administrator chuckled when I said it felt rotten to be charged that $150 fee when he has been my physician for 17 years. I think he is a capable doctor, but the office that surrounds him embodies poor patient care. I would not refer others to him on that basis. Dr. Daniel is Awesome!! His focus is on the patient and answers all questions.

My husband has been a patient for 30 years. Dr. Daniel is more interested in making money. He openly laughed at us when we told him we could not afford a $500 co-pay for insulin and refused (yes, refused) to help us find a less expensive insulin. The pharmacist at Rite Aid is more helpful and professional!

I too have been going to Dr. Daniel for 15+ years, but am having a different experience from the person who gave him 5 stars. Dr. Daniel used to be one of the best doctors in the area. Now he is more focused on his billable hours, his interns, and stories about himself than taking care of his patients. I miss the concerned, attentive, and compassionate doctor his used to be. Based on my last few visits, that physician has sadly left the building.

In 2014 I went in with complaints of being tired, muscle soreness, and feeling like i had the flu. I was sent home with antibotics. The next day i was in the hospital with mono. My experience was the opposite of what the person who gave a 5 star rating had.

I waited a short period of time to see the Dr. Daniel is personable and is clearly focused on the patient. He is methodical and is not caught up in electronics. He answered my questions and often followed up with questions of his his own. I am confident that he will follow my case and make every effort to see that my problems are remedied. Further he will will work with my specialists. I would recommend him without hesitation. I waited a short period of time to see the Dr. Daniel is personable and is clearly focused on the patient. I've been a patient of Dr. Daniels for 15 years. He is excellent. When he retires, it will be difficult replacing him - level of skill and care.
