waited in his waiting room for almost an hour (at 9:45am) and the staff didn't even acknowledge me until I asked what what going on. I was then told 'Oh, Dr Keohane ALWAYS runs late' So that's his excuse, huh? Well, experience doesn't give you the license to run a practice that doesn't value your patients' time...I will not return.

Take contracts that bind you to see patients referred from marin general if you are not going to take third party insurance OR refuse treatment without $250.00 deposit. My 11 yr old was referred to you. Your office refuses to see her without cash!!
