Dr Nassar has always treated me with such respect. Takes time with the patient and really listens. We need more doctors like Dr Nassar!

Dr. Nassar is one of the best doctors I have come across in the medical field. I would highly recommend him for all of your Orthopedic Surgery needs. His staff is also amazing and will go above and beyond to help.

The best you could ask for at all levels. Excellent medical care: Dr. Nassar is knowledgeable and capable, I felt informed and confident about my procedure. He knows his profession but never comes off as cocky. Most importantly, he is patient. You will not feel rushed here as you do at so many other offices. Excellent "bedside manner": They truly care about you as a person not a copay. Dr. Nassar felt I needed surgery eventually but questioned me about why I wanted it now until HE was convinced. Translation: No unnecessary procedures. Excellent staff: Lily, Linda, Steve, and Shane are all friendly, competent, prompt, capable, just like John. It wouldn't be the same without this great team. Dr. Nassar and his staff are amazing. I did not even have time to fill out paperwork before I was called back. Straight to x-ray which was modern and immediate. I could see every image real-time. Barely sat down in the room before Dr. Nassar came to see me and took plenty of time doing an exam. He explained allot of options and gave me his advice. Dr. Nassar is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. I tore my achilles tendon earlier this year - and he and his staff made a traumatic and scary time easier to manage through listening, answering all questions, being available and having a kind sense of humor. Cannot recommend Dr. Nassar highly enough. He took care of me after a fractured ankle and had me back on my feet way before I ever expected. He is truly a remarkable surgeon!

So kind caring and understanding, excellent staff and so nice to have all X-ray and immediate diagnosis right on the spot. Convenient location.

Dr. Nassar & his staff are everything you could hope for out of a Drs office. So often at other places the staff is rude & the doctor breezes in & out, hurrying to collect the next copay. It's the opposite experience here.

I recently had foot surgery with Dr. Nassar. I highly recommend him! He & his staff are very caring & professional. He offered an alternative to extensive foot surgery with fusing the bones recommended by my physician at home. I am 3 weeks post op with no issues.

Doesn't return phone calls, even if you're an existing patient in the middle of treatment, apparently if you want to speak with him it's got to be in an environment which is conducive towards billing the insurance company

Most caring and considerate doctor that I have ever seen. His office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I broke my ankle 2 years ago and it was repaired by a very poor surgeon and Dr. Nassar fused it and put everything back in place to the best of his ability. I no longer have the pain that I did before and am getting better everyday. He always explains what he is going to do and does everything to make sure that you understand. I have even had him call me personally on my cell to check on me. I live in New Mexico and he and his staff did everything they could to make sure my appointments were early and to make sure that I did not have to wait so I could make the 5 hour drive home. Highly recommend if you have any kind of foot problems!!!!

Dr. Nassar and his entire office staff is amazing. He has a terrific "bedside" manner, as does his entire staff. Everything is explained in detail and completely. He leaves no questions unanswered. He is a refreshing step back in time to how doctors used to interact with patients and I would highly recommend Dr. Nassar and his office to anyone in need of care.

I was extremely impressed with the doctor and staff. They are caring, compassionate, and professional. I'm so happy I found them and feel confident I'm in the best hands for my recovery.

What a lovely professional office. The staff is warm, welcoming and efficient. Dr Nassar is kind, caring and professional. His conservative approach for treatment of my broken ankle was the direction I hoped he would take. A good doctor and personalized care is difficult to find these days, I highly recommended Dr Nassar.

If you got any foot or ankle issues this is the Doctor you want on your team. From start to end he is there for you explains everything so you will understand what it will take to fix your foot or ankle injury. If there were 10 stars it would be a 10+

I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Nassar. Extremely professional, knowledgeable staff, and over all very kind. I received 2 other opinions before see Dr. Nassar and they all said 2-3 surgeries. He was able to do it in 1 with one overnight hospital visit. Linda is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and Shane and Steve are extremely friendly techs. I would recommend this to anyone needing any type of orthopedic foot operation. He's an exceptional doctor, but even more importantly, he's a wonderful and compassionate person. I wish he could treat more than just my foot and ankle!

i was a patient in 2003. the injury i suffered to my right ankle was supposed to be life altering, permanent disability etc..... Dr nassar is a miracle worker. He told me it was the worst injury he had ever seen but he worked on me for 5 hrs. i am now totally mobile on it and have been since 1 yr post op. If you ever need a truly master at rebuilding an ankle , he is the only dr i would go to in the usa...

I was referred to Dr. Nassar after a serious talus fracture, and can't say enough great things. From consultation to surgery to therapy and follow up, they provided exceptional and caring service. Dr. Nassar and his team are foot/ankle rock stars.

Dr. Nassar was consulted to relieve ongoing and increasing pain and damage to my right ankle and foot - pain and damage that was primarily the result of an over-corrective surgical procedure I had done app 4 years earlier by another surgeon. Dr. Nassar was quick to assess the situation, recommend a course of treatment and so we did the procedure and after one year I am better than ever. Start to finish my entire experience was a very positive one and I would recommend Dr. Nassar to anyone!

Referred to Dr. Nassar as a second opinion on post-operative complications from a talus repair (done by another surgeon) by my neurologist. Terrible. Concerns: 1). He took x-rays. I noticed and pointed out visible soft tissue anchor in calcaneus and he was surprised, "I didn't see that." Either negligent or shockingly unskilled. 2) He recommended PT for my main treatment, but refused to prescribe. 3) Then ignored my concerns about the wait time to see neurologist for referral, just walked out.

Had tendon reconnection procedure, Dr. Nassar was amazing, staff was very professional, and I couldn't imagine a better circumstance.

I broke the fibula and 3rd metatarsal of my left foot when I slipped on a boulder at the beach. I was able to see Dr. Nassar two days after getting home - after giving the swelling a couple days to go down. I was greeted by Matt at the front desk. X-rayed by George. Examined by Dr. Nassar, and put into a lovely purple cast by Kevin. Everyone was warm and friendly, professional and courteous. I understood what to expect during the healing process and what my next therapies would be. Once the cast, scooter and boot were tools of the past, I began physical therapy. I continue to follow up with Dr. Nassar to be sure the healing is going ahead as expected (which it is). Everyone at the Dr's office makes me feel like I'm in the best hands for a positive outcome to my injury. I went to Dr. Nassar after I broke my ankle in a nasty fall. He was wonderful. He took his time at each appointment, and patiently explained what to expect during my rehabilitation. His office staff was professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Nassar is the best surgeon. Five years ago he operated on my left Achilles and I haven't had any problems. On March 29 dr. Nassar operated on my right Achilles. Dr. Nassar is not only an excellant surgeon, he also is a caring person that makes you feel safe and reassuring of your surgery and recovery. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nassar. When every other surgeon wanted to give up and amputate my foot, Dr. Nassar transplanted a navicular bone from a cadaver into my foot along with plates. He saved my foot and the staff (Linda, George and Kevin) always took great care of me. They called me for every appointment to confirm that I would be there. They ordered medical equipment for me with "No Hassle" from the insurance co. crutches,air-boot and scotter, etc. I love the fact that they all really care and do their best for me. It's been almost three years since I shattered the bones in my foot and Dr. Nassar was able to surgically correct my foot. I highly recommend Dr. Nassar, his skill level, caring and compassion are unparalled.
