Dr. Jander is very professional, friendly, and an actual PCP who is always there when my health has been out of the ordinary. He is always ordering the right tests and following up personally on my health and my referrals to specialists and tests.

This site really needs to have a negative star option for businesses that go below and beyond sub-par service.  This place took the cake on worst doctors office experience, ever.    Let's take it from the top..... I made an appointment with these folks as the location was convenient.  As I was reading the many negative reviews on google, yelp and other sources I was hoping my experience would somehow be different than all the other horror stories I had been reading about.   I showed up to my appointment about 10 minutes early and accidently forgot my mask.  The few times this happened at any other business, from Trader Joes to Costco, etc they are happy to provide a disposable one.  This medical office (where the two front desk girls were wearing such masks) flippantly informed me that they didn't have any masks and that I would need to get one and come back.  And by the way if you're 15 minutes late, we have to cancel your appointment.  The reviews were starting to come true. I returned with a mask, still before my appointment time and was handed a new patient form to fill out.  I've been to many a doctor's office and have never seen a form like this (see attached.)  I forwarded it to a few doctor friends and they were both shocked and amused by the questions.  Very few questions actually pertained to regular patients who didn't just get out of prison or a halfway house.  I turned this form in and then waited a half an hour before being taken back.   The nurse took my vitals and asked all the typical questions and completed the routine physical.  She then asked the reason for my visit and I said I would like to get a comprehensive blood panel for preventative health reasons.  Something I've been doing for years and most doctors and insurance companies highly encourage this.  Better to know before you have a problem.  She seemed a little puzzled by this and left the room to run it by Dr. Jonathan Yun.  I heard them giggling in the hallway on how ridiculous my request was.  Dr. Yun asked the nurse - what's wrong with me to which she replied, nothing and then they laughed at my wanted a blood panel.  About 15 minutes later, Dr. Yun entered the room and completed another physical and when I asked he said it was because the nurse was in training.  He then asked me the reason for my visit and I reiterated that I wanted to get a comprehensive blood panel for preventative health reasons.  He then argued that there wasn't a point to that as there was apparently nothing wrong with me.  How would he know that by checking my pulse and without looking at my bloodwork?  Big red flag.  I then just politely asked if he could write the script for a panel even if he  didn't see the point of it.  Let me take a moment to point out that the mission statement at the top of their website says, and I quote: "We are dedicated to serve the community delivering comprehensive medical care especially focusing on preventive care."  Dr. Yun argued and tried to talk me out of getting this preventative care for the better part of 10 minutes.  He was actually yelling towards the end of the conversation, very irritated by my request and that he couldn't talk me out of this.  This was truly a doctor patient experience I had never had the displeasure of experiencing in 38 years.  The level of unprofessionalism by Dr. Yun was off the charts and borderline abusive.  I specifically asked him for certain blood tests and not for others and he both left out ones I specifically asked for included ones I specifically said I didn't want.   When I got to Quest Diagnostics to get my blood drawn for the labs, they mentioned that they hadn't gotten the script yet from the doctor's office.  We all waited and then I called to make sure they had the correct fax number.  They sent the request elsewhere and so by the third attempt managed to get it to the right place.  The representative asked where the script was coming from and when I told him Living Waters Medical Clinic
