I was a patient of Dr. Galarza's at the Murrieta Loma Linda Behavioral Health Center where he provided me with comprehensive and adequate psychiatric treatment. I could not be more thankful.

S I just want to make sure that you know who this is this is David John kieferr I live in Wildomar California at the time I only saw this doctor for six months for medication only he didn’t even do a proper diagnosis I paid them $225 to do a thorough diagnosis which she never did he sketched out office notes and office letterhead and then he diminished it from what it was I was referred to him by a psychologist Osteen at the time with my psychiatrist who is also an M.D. who I had for two years prior I had three years medical history documentation They said I had nothing I didn’t even know I thought they had my doctors didn’t even have a my daughocial Security never told me what they did and I never knew there was an adverse claim they mark down that there was no adverse claim they mark down that there was no sign of drug usage but yet they put down in the determination that I lost my home and my marriage and my business to drug else absolutely false my son was doing drugs from the backyard and he was the second man to the cook involved in a gang only other steps and was involved with guns and I had built instead of two mobile homes for them on the property to move into even younger one after three years in prison for 6 ounces of cocaine in a sort of shotgun in his pants when you start walking down the street in Paris California. I don’t know for sure but I suspect that after I left the police showed up to it check things out when they consulted with my no ex-wife about her son that she said that it was not with me that was doing the drugs to protect him and also told Social Security that I left her with her house instead of your debt which is not true it was completely paid off I can prove it was paid off I can prove that I was the owner of 12 vehicles with clear titles and $165,000 in the bank when I left her cheap she not only kept me from any ownership of the house after 10 years of marriage $125,000 but my own money labor and investment on the property inside and out of the house 30 years of neglect and the more I did the more she was never going to put my name on it but I didn’t know that taking advantage of because of my autism and ADHD and depression which I have never been diagnosed but knew that I had major issues he did the best I could with my life becoming a contractor and working by myself and then she went into hock $50,000 on it to your lawsuit in a divorce preventing me from any credit interest in the home cost her $50,000 and then she came after the money that I had in the bank and got half of that so she got everything I got nothing except a wrong representation before the Social Security ministration and Dr. Gloria Glo was put on a report that was made up of him Norma at Long Beach Memorial Hospital and Social Security said that the two hospitals were the source of the information when there was no affiliation between Dr. Kumar is it in Loma Linda and there was nothing said by long beach memorial so it’s completely completely false Social Security contacted Dr. galarza and used him alone is this Source he just credited me by staying only two of the diagnosis that I had complete total spectrum detailed in depth diagnosis with Tess examination clinical diagnosis and a diagnosis in 2010 right before I went to Social Security by Dr. Earl Hinzerling look them up in Brea California every now and psychiatry call just affiliated for 20 years with Daniel amen from the moment brain clinic in the specs again he recommended me for immediate Early Alzheimer’s intervention because of the extreme State he said that I had from the prefrontal cortex and temporal lobe brain damage and he said I needed a spec skin and I didn’t get any of that because of Steven the larger and what he said to Social Security was the only one that they used nine other doctors were ignored all the records completely were not even entered and they denied me to process shows right on their form and I was never told about it I didn’t know about this until six months ago I’ve been fighting for my disability for 10 years S I just want to make sure that you know who this is this is David John kieferr I live in Wildomar California at the time I only saw this doctor for six months for medication only he didn’t even do a proper diagnosis I paid them $225 to do … More

This is a Dr. I would recommend again and again. He cares and takes the time to get to know his patients. His staff is caring and knows the answers to any of my many questions.
