Great doctor but disappointed with how they manage referrals/office. It's been over 4 weeks and I never received a referral for a broken leg. I ended up just self-referring and finding a doctor on my own. I've left messages to change a medication and never received a call back. The office staff don’t do their job. I have to keep calling them to see if they submitted paperwork and they keep giving me the run around. They transfer me to every lady that works there like a merry go round and they think it’s funny when there’s a life on the line that needs oxygen. They put the blame on the doctor that he didn’t tell them it was urgent or he didn’t have any notes for them. They tell me to call them back instead of them calling me back with an update. Best doctor I have ever had, all my family goes to him, he's awesome, best bed side manner, overall cares about his patients and takes time to hear us all out and treat us.
