She does tend to run late in her appointments all the time but that is because she takes her time with each patient. She is sympathetic and has good bedside manners. She takes her time to know the patients family history and create a health plan. Like many doctors she is overwhelmed with patients so you will need to follow up with the doctor if you need a response to an exam/labs.

Dr. Palacios takes her time with each patient. She is very empathetic and sympathetic. Because she takes her time explaining the condition etc. She tends to run late with her appointments. Out of a lot of Kaiser doctors I've dealt with, I would recommend her as a primary care physician.
