Dr Reynolds is a very good Dr. He made me feel at ease and very satisfied with my treatment plan. But unfortunately upon entering the facility the front desk receptionist could have been nicer! She was very ride and cold. She let many patients know she was on her lunch break and would make them wait. I felt that was very unprofessional! For an oncology center making someone feel good should be your number one goal. It’s unfortunate that’s who I have to deal with every time I go here for my appointments. But Dr Reynolds is worth that minor discomfort! Dr Reynolds is a very good Dr. He made me feel at ease and very satisfied with my treatment plan. Is veriquick getting an appointment to see the doctor spent a little time in the office more than I figured but I understand that's because the doctor is so thorough he was very understanding and quickly moved to help thank you

This man came in an "shopped" around for cases to take to his other hospital. He then went and claimed that my family requested to be transferred to another hospital to be closer to him. He lied and had a 65 yr old cancer patient in tears for fear of being transferred for a 5th time in less than 1 week. This is no dr. Unethical
