Dr. Jorge Francisco Montoy

Dr. Montoy is an amazing doctor. He really takes his time with me whenever I go in and has solved issues I’ve been facing for a while that my previous doctors had dismissed or couldn’t quite figure out.

I recently switched insurance and am so glad Dr. Montoy is now my primary doctor. Unlike my previous doctors, he actually takes his time with me and each time I have gone in, he thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment and repeatedly asked to make sure I don’t have any additional questions. He is exceptional. He spends a lot of time with you listening to your concerns. He genuinely cares about his patients and does everything he can to help them.

Went in, and they are actually friendly , loved the doctor there he was very nice and made me feel comfortable, the wait is long yes but for the attention you get it's worth the wait, the doctor made me understand alot of the things that had been going one with me that many other doctors didn't

Dr. Montoy takes his time, but he's good at his profession. The staff is rude and unprofessional.

Imelda the office manager and the office staff have terrible attitudes, are extremely disrespectful and aren’t familiar with HIPPA Laws. Dr. Montoy is a good physician but his staff is awfully unprofessional.

Dr. Montoy is an amazing doctor that answers all concerns you may have. Since I moved out of Fresno county, I have not found a doctor that gave their patients as much quality time as him. Yes the wait is long, but it's worth the quality time he gives you.

VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT OFFICE M.A. SHE NEEDS TO GROW UP. IM SURE SHE LIED TO OFFICE MANAGER AND PROBABLY WONT GET IN TROUBLE. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE LIKE HER ARE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WORKING. NO ONE EVER DOES ANYTHING ABOUT IT. ITS SAD THAT THEY GET AWAY WITH MIS TREATING PATIENTS. AND THE DOCTOR WILL NEVER KNOW. WHAT A JOKE!

I had an appt today and because I was lost and ten minutes lat, the receptionist rudely tells me im late and she already gave my slot to someone else. I reply, "whatever" and she hangs up on me without offering me another appt. I called her back ask why she did that and she said, "well you said whatever, thats rude". So what if it is. She is very very unprofessional and needs to grow up. I am very ill and have serious issues going on. Now I have to find another doctor because of this person
