I don't want this to come off as an angry, hateful review, but don't go here. After I went to Dr. Kim's practice I went to a nationally acclaimed dentist who was shocked I had silver put in so recently (and had recently come back from a conference where no one else used silver). Now I have to get corrective procedures done to remove the silver bridges that have been causing problems. So yeah, nice lady but I don't recommend her practice. This has been the best dentist I have ever seen. She does everything in one go. She don't waste your time,she dosent waste your money, she's the way dentistry should be.

Always super fast! I am usually anxious going to the dentist but Dr. Tran is very helpful and she made me feel comfortable. I don't believe these 1-star reviews because this place is always the best!

Not run professionally especially the office staff. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I go in for my scheduled cleaning and they ask "what am i here for?" Then dr starts trying to sell me the crowns etc. Sorry but I don't have time pt patience for this nonsense. I left this practice about 2 years ago after a couple times there and still get a call from them for scheduling my cleaning. they dont even know I am not their patient anymore. Sheesh! Polite lady but you can do better elsewhere! Especially if you're trying to save money.

Had a horrible experience. Told I needed I root canal done. So I got it done after they were finished asked how much was going to pay for my crown. Being low income I didn't have it. So now I'm going around with a hole in my tooth cause I can't afford 1,000 for something I could've waited to get down when I could afford it...

Dr.Tran is awesome! She made sure I was comfortable and pain free, she was very gentle and thourough! I really appreciated that! Great dentist and office!

really sad to read this reviews for Dr. Tran as a pt. I got nothing bad to say about her, she is nothing but amazing when it comes to dental work. I am also a low income pt. and yes she is very helpful with discounts, but please people lets be realistic we got to pay for the services rendered her office does not have a sign that says charity plus it wouldn't be fair if she didn't charge for her services. Her prices are extremely lower compared to other offices. This office does not have a pt. wait for weeks on an appointment. People before you badmouth please wait and think how the dentist has helped you. If you went to a root canal specialist you would be paying at least $1500. I have a great smile now!

Great experience and caring doctor and staffs.

The doctor is very kind and professional! She was able to finish my crown in minimal time, and I was able to make it back to work that same day! I was very nervous about it because I've never had one before and did not know much about it, but she explained it to me in a very detailed way that my husband and I could understand. I was still a little nervous during it, but she finished before I knew it and I was so surprised when she said we were done. Also, she is great with kids!!

First one in the door, over 45 minutes in the chair waiting. Very brief explanation, not by dentist. Refused to schedule insurance entitled cleaning, wanted $600 for root cleaning, not recommended by former dentist either before or after Tran visit. When told no thank you, offered special for only $400, cash. Unprofessional. Billed for full mouth X-rays, only did 4 bite wings. Not a dentist I would trust or recommend.

both Sanger and Fresno office re great. The dentist and staff are very friendly and professional. I have to insurance but Dr. Tran was so wonderful and helped me with my tooth ache. I can't say nothing but wonderful things about Dr. Tran after helping me with a very small fee for my fill. Thank you Dr. Tran and staff may God bless you today and always.

I took my kids there for a routine check up last Thursday and it was a delightful experience. Dr. Tran was very professional and patient. Her staff and the hygienist was great. I definitely will bring my family back to see her.

Had a horrible experience in her Fresno office didn't even get to meet her just her front office girl very unprofessional not even wanting to help there where people who were waiting and just walked out without being seen no longer taking my kids there??

I am truly happy with the service rendered at this office. I been bringing my kids here for over 4 years. Dr. is so patient when working with kids, but what makes me real comfortable Is that I can be in the room with my child and no treatment is performed until I am well informed and all my questions are answered. Great office and the staff is very helpful.

Truly thankful with Dr. Tran and Staff before Xmas I was experiencing a really bad tooth ache. I went to the office as a New patient and even though they had lots of patients they still took the time to take me in. Turns out I needed a root canal, Dr. Tran did it right on the same day. I had to wait in the room for more the 20 min. but the wait is completely worth it, plus the staff makes you feel right at home. Chairs quite comfortable and Television on and whichever channel patient likes. :)

The two ladies who are in the office taking calls and attending the patients, should treat the patients better. They also shouldn't talk bad about the patients who go. They shouldn't have attitude when someone calls. To treat all patients equally when they go. Dr.Tran is very nice and also the other ladies who are inside the rooms helping her are nice too.

This office is so small & the wait is too long! Everyone is nice but you will wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seen...not professional at all!

Office staff lacks knowledge, basic customer service skills, and is overall mediocre. Cartoons are put on automatically, without asking parent if said cartoon is allowed for child to watch. Wait time has been on average, 1 hour, for our visits. Very vague answers regarding charges and insurance. On the plus side, Dr. Tran is nice enough.
