Dr Horton is an awesome orthopedic surgeon and he gets a 5 star. My only issue is the staff therefore there is a 2 star rating. I have the VA and is my Healthcare provider. I was notified that I missed/ no show for my appointment for the June 15 2022 but I have my appointment scheduled for June 22 2022. Apparently changed were made by his staff and I was not notified by Dr Horton's staff and I always have difficulty for anyone to answer their phone at the check in desk. It’s always super nice to get straight answers quickly and that are correct. Dr. Horton delivers them with a sincere, warm and friendly smile in a way that you know that you’ve gotten the best professional answer.

Do NOT under any circumstances use this man. his nickname is literally the butcher. I would go back in time and break my wrist all over again if i could choose someone else. he refused to even talk to me once he learned the insurance company wouldn't pay $114,000 for a wrist surgery. shocker. Not a single person i have asked has a nice thing to say about this guy. and thats from several of his associates. Although Dr. Horton has been a good Dr, the office staff is terrible at answering phones. I don't care if I call at 8, 10, 2 or 4, these people NEVER answer their phones. I have been calling non stop, my therapist has been calling, TWC has been calling and nope, no answer. I am literally having to miss work to go there in person to ask for what I need. They can't be too busy because when I go for appointments they have enough time to sit there, talk and laugh???? laughing Although Dr. Horton has been a good Dr, the office staff is terrible at answering phones. No waiting, great staff and awesome physician

I have had 2 different surgery procedures within the last 3 months and everyone is shocked on how well my recovery has been with both! I attribute that the excellent surgeon and the excellent staff at Dr. Horton's office. They always go out of their way to help me in anyway possible. They are very attentive to my needs. Their staff is friendly and very helpful. They send a link to "check in" before you arrive in the office and that really helps with the time crunch. It saves me a great deal of time. (I hate filling out paperwork and I can easily do it on the convenience of my phone.) Without hesitation I highly recommend this office. Absolutely the best! Fantastic nurse and doctor. Very professional, friendly and have no complaints at all.

Dr has been able to provide the services I need for my recovery.

Wait time very short. Dr. Horton answered all my questions. He performed hip replacement surgery on me the end of March this year. The surgery was a tremendous success. Hardly any pain and I am back to almost normal 6 weeks later. Highly recommend him. He does a great job also of following up on his surgical patients.

Waiting time, maybe 5 minutes. Physician post-op follow-up visit # 3, maybe 10 minutes. Quick and Easy. Last visit, no questions to ask.

Was difficult to get someone on the actual phone for a follow up appt, however once I was able to the day of appt was in and out so very convenient. Staff and Dr were polite and proffesional

Your office was awesome your people are awesome Doctor Who was great give it a two thumbs up

Dr Horton and staff have been professional. He explains procedure n what to expect from minor to severe procedure. I went in with what appeared to be a close to severe repair to came out with minor, praise God it was minor n for giving dr Horton his gift—surgeon.

Dr. Horton and his Staff are always courteous and professional. I particularly enjoy how patients are scheduled and seen. I have had multiple visits and have always been seen quickly at or before my scheduled appointment time.

Dr Horton is a great surgeon. I broke my femor 2 years ago. Now I'm considering removing the hardware. He gave me detail information about procedure & recovery.

Staff was rude and unorganized. Dr response to most of our questions was” I’m just the surgeon”. Although I set a surgery date I called the next day and canceled.

Today was my last follow up visit with Dr.Horton. His staff is very helpful and friendly. Altogether a very positive experience. Dr Horton was very helpful in answering my questions about my injury and the pro cedure.

My expierance was good.

I appreciate Dr Horton so much! I would definately recommend him to friends & family. His assistant Ms. Jasmine is amazing, she is the best! She is very efficient and knows her stuff! The office personnel are top notch, so helpful & friendly! Please consider Dr Horton, you won't regret it! It is best to schedule an appointment as early in the am as you can. They do get & stay pretty busy!

Dr. Horton..best surgeon hands down. Every follow up I've had with him..hes always taken the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and has always made sure I understood the information that was given. I've never felt more comfortable being under the care of a surgeon than I have with him. And as for his staff..they are the most welcoming and just sweetest human beings any Dr's office can have! Again this year I am receiving excellent health care from Dr. Horton and am impressed with the excellence of all of the several personnel that I have come in contact with. I would, and actually have referred people that I know to Dr. Horton

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and courteous. Dr. Horton was on time, friendly and easy to understand. Explained everything that I could and couldn’t do. Definitely would recommend Dr.Horton!

They have very bad phone response, I’ve been calling for the past two days trying to confirm my appointment. The phone just rings and rings and rings nobody answers it’s like nobody’s in the office. This is very bad for business

Excellent medical visit!

My experience with Dr. Horton has been exceptional! I appreciate his attention to detail beginning with the timeliness of the office visit to his explanation of my medical condition. I highly recommend Dr. Horton and staff!

My mom had arm surgery done with Dr. Horton and it all came out great.

Dr. Horton listen to me when I explained of my pain on knee, he explain what I might need. He good and I liked him.

Dr Horton was great explaining my surgery and the expectations to be expected. Liza at front desk, Jasmine and Laura were very polite and courteous during my visit.

Great experience with Dr Horton. His staff is really attentive and informative. Especially his assistant, Jasmine.

Every time I come to my appointments I am treated very well not only by Dr. Horton but by his nurse Jasmine she is an awesome person you can tell she loves her job just by the way she takes care of the patients. Front desk is very attentive as well thank you all.
