It was a very pleasant experience the facility was very clean the doctor was excellent the staff could be more friendly

VERY PROFESSIONALS

Dr. Julian Lacey is the best Doctor He is kind, patient and humble. What a great human.

Some of the staff need to be better trained in customer service. I did not have a good experience with a phone call from your Sheridan office with an employee' by the name of Bonnie. Her interaction was abrasive. I'm very disappointed in the way in which she handled the call and recommend review and training.

Waited for two hours for a clinician who we didn’t even go to see. Asked the front desk many times when we will be seen and we got the same answer, you’re next’ which was evident that we weren’t. It was noticeable that we have been waiting for a long time- not until the 2 hour mark did one person in the front say you haven’t been seen yet! Then I was put to see another clinician and I did not like him at all. His bedside manner was horrible. I do not want to see that clinician every again.

Felt good and comfortable

I'm a little hesitant to leave this review. Dr. Lacey is a good doctor and seems to genuinely care for his patients. My constructive criticism is that I wish he would describe briefly what he's doing to his patients and talk to them directly instead of saying everything to me. My daughter is 5 and I felt he was moving too fast through his assessment and I was struggling to explain to my daughter what was happening. Another thing is that I feel he goes through his recommendations in a cookie cutter sort of way. He won't customize his "speech" based on the needs of the family. My best example: co-sleeping. I often co-sleep with my kids. It's not an issue. But he thought it was. And he went on a little rant recommending a lock for the door and other strategies. It wasn't a concern for me and he didn't really give me a medical reasoning why is not recommended, so why address it? I do feel that he gets a little caught up on going through the motions instead of actively listening. I'm a little hesitant to leave this review. My daughter had a bad case of the flu, and we brought her to Pediatric Associates in Weston. Dr Lacey was the doctor to see her. He was amazing! I've never experienced such professional and positive attitude from a medical professional. He was genuinely concerned about my daughter's well being. I am so glad that I crossed path with him. The services that I receive from Dr Lacey is beyond excellent its exceptional. The staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed. I don't have to think twice in recommending Dr Lacey to family and friends. I am so happy that he's my son's pediatrician. He doesn't rush my visits and make sure all my concerns are addressed before leaving the office. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. Dr Lacey, is a true professional, very detailed he spends time with his patients. I find him to be genuine and a warm personality and detailed oriented. He is a calm yet through individual. Blessed to have him as my son’s pediatrician.

Dr. Lacey is a great doctor, I like the way he explain everything. Very good doctor.

It was our 1st time appointment with Dr. Lacey. He is positive, detailed, organized. He answered all questions, and almost no time waiting, which is very rare. I recommend Dr. Lacey.

DR Lacey was amazing he spent time with us did not rush us at all and answered all questions we had. Such a great visit! 5 stars for sure

I have been taking my boys to this pediatric office for 10 years and have always had great experiences. They respect my time, they listen to my concerns, they are professional and attentive to details and best of all they treat my children with great care. I have seen quite a few different doctors over the years. Sometimes i schedule and wait for my specific doctor, but sometimes on emergencies when my usual pediatrician may not be available or when i'm in a rush i consult other doctors as well. I have been happy with the care under all circumstances and happy with the convenience of their flexible schedule. Dr. Lacy has been my son's doctor for several years. He is a great doctor that listens and explains everything that he does in detail. In addition to my son's normal checkups and physicals, my son is an active sports enthusiast that sometimes get banged-up and bruises that require precautionary exams. Dr. Lacy's office has always been accommodating in setting up last-minute appointments and quickly diagnosing a resolution for these issues.

Great Doctor!!, All my children see him. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk to and listen to. He's very clear about directions on how to treat common issues at home that do not warrant a doctor visit or emergency room visit. We have been using Dr. Lacey for at least 10 years and wouldn't change doctors if they paid me. I don't know what Im going to do once my kids get too old for their Pediatrician.

Sadly we stayed with Dr. Lacey four years too long. He was very condescending and compared everything going on with my child to his daughter, who was several months older than my son, and never listened to what was going on and just shot down whatever we thought and felt. Made my husband and I uncomfortable and the end result we left because we couldn't take it anymore. The support staff needed to learn and have a little more bedside manners themselves!
