My sister referred me to this optometrist, and I'm so glad she did! Dr. Wirz and all of the staff there provided a thorough eye exam that I so needed. All along, they gave detailed explanations and answered questions I had thoughtfully and kindly. I feel much better about my eyesight and the health of my eyes. Definitely recommend!

As one reviewer said, and I echo, "I am really torn" about this review because Dr. Bock is a delight: personable, bubbly and very informative. Their business practices are, however, abysmal. I made an appointment for Monday 11th (great!), Megan was going to follow up with me the following day with a breakdown of costs for contact lens fitting; no call, I called Wednesday, we've been very busy Megan said, but I will call you tomorrow. No call, and it's Monday 18th April. Why is that some companies, or individuals think that their customers time is less important than their own? Megan, no matter how busy she is, should learn to return calls, organize her time, and be conscientious. There is nothing more satisfying, I believe, than doing a job well, and doing it with pride. There is nothing more refreshing, I believe, in watching someone doing their job well, and being able to say, "thank you." Instead, I have to say, "no thank you." I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Bock is very nice and understanding. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent service by entire office, great optical skills and ability to identify unique eyewear, etc.

I have been a patient since 2005. Dr. Bock is wonderful and so is the rest of the staff. Dr. Bock took time yesterday to find me enough sample contacts for my vacation. She is awesome!

It's truly a sad day in America when health professionals deny care to a patient bc of a medical condition that prevents them from covering their face. No other options suggested which is what I asked for when calling. Just a no, sorry. I'm having trouble seeing and I'm perfectly healthy and get denied care. Wow.

Don't believe the 1 star reviews. My family and I have been going to this office for about 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else (sorry Dr. B and Page, you're not allowed to retire ;-)). The doctor and staff are very accommodating and willing to work with you to come to a mutually beneficial outcome. Dr. B is fantastic. I love that she is truly invested in the overall health of her patients, beyond just eye care. I love that the office has an amazing selection of high quality, fashionable frames and the excellent customer service to make sure you're getting the perfect pair of glasses for your needs. The optician, Page, is amazing. She will pick out the perfect frame for you to make you look your best. You can keep looking, but you'll probably end up with the first one she shows you. The front office staff is very organized and prompt in providing excellent customer service. I'm having any eye or glasses related problem, she will get me in as soon as possible to get the issue addressed. Scheduling regular appointments is just as easy, even when I need more than one family member seen. Overall, this office provides excellent care, high quality products, and superb customer service. If they could get a 0 I’d do it. Doctors were totally rude, staff did not know what was going on. I’ve been wearing glasses for 25 years, worst experience I’ve ever had .

Went here for years with three children, the doctors were fine but I cannot tolerate a rude receptionist and terrible office policies. I was told I couldn’t make appointments for my three children on the same day. Even though I literally have been doing so year after year. What?!?!? I don’t ask for much but customer service is everything. It’s not to much to ask to be polite and accommodating to families. The office was closed, but I managed to call Dr. Bock to find a place to get my glasses fixed. From my experience, she has always been concerned for the best outcome for her patients. Will DEFINITELY be keeping her as my optometrist!

Dr. Bock, Dr. Wirz, and Meghan at the front desk were beyond outstanding. Never before have I had so much fun at an optometrist appointment! They were caring and attentive with the right amount of spunk! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist. They go the extra mile! Dr. Bock met every expectation and went the extra mile when I had an eye problem late Friday afternoon. She stayed until I was able to get there since I had been out of town. If she had not seen me when she did my eye problem would have been extremely serious. I feel that her diagnosis, medicine prescriptions, and insistence that I return on Saturday to check on my progress truly prevented permanent eyesight loss. She was especially caring and I am forever grateful to her for understanding the seriousness of my eye problem and resolving it. Dr. Bock and her staff are some of the most caring, professional, efficient people I've ever met. I was given an appointment immediately, greeted so warmly and before I knew it, was fitted with contact lenses that restored my vision despite a serious eye disease. I’ve been with Dr Bock for years, she is very professional, knowledgeable and above listens to me. I’ve been told I need to switch to an omthomologist and have tried a few over the years and none have compared to Dr Bock. Paige has a difficult job in ensuring my glasses (with such a difficult prescription) is made correctly and I’ve been extremely pleased. She goes above and beyond in helping me pick out the perfect frames. Wait time has rarely been extended & when they had emergencies.

So I'm torn on this one. Dr. Bock is really nice and so is the lady who handles all the eyeglass fittings/orders; however, the young lady who handles the contacts consultation and helps at the front desk is rude, unhelpful, and seems like it's a bother when you call. I've ordered several pair of glasses from them and I was interested in ordering a pair online. Called to get my measurements and to find out what my prescription was and her tone was condescending. She wasn't trying to help me solve my problem. Not a fan of her in the least. **UPDATE: Just called again to get my prescription. They refuse to give it to me over the phone and will only provide a copy, at a cost of $5, if I come and obtain it in person. This is not a controlled substance so shouldn't need to come in person, nor should I be charged a fee. They are also refusing to give me any information that is in my chart. I will be contacting the governing board regarding this place and their practices and will be finding a new eye doctor. Anything has to be better than this. DO NOT GO HERE. So I'm torn on this one. The entire staff LISTENS to what is going on with my eyes and eye ware. They are professional, on time and very personable. Dr. Bock took as much time as I needed to get things right. Love the office hours, too. Paula Friedrich

Nice office and great staff. Eye exams were thorough for my needs, and they had a great pair of frames on site. Dr. Bock made sure I had everything I needed for my eyesight, and when I bought my glasses in-store, they explained all the options. Definitely coming back.

Wonderful doctor and staff. I have taken my whole family there. Dr. W is really wonderful.

Came here to get glasses for my son a few weeks ago and was very impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable service. I popped in today for a quick repair to my own glasses, and was again very impressed. Everyone was friendly, service was fast, and I wholeheartedly recommend this office. They have my business going forward.

I have been going to Dr Bock for years.She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.I recommend her to everyone! Her staff is amazing.
