Dr. Jun K. Chung

Dr. Chung is not only extremely knowledgeable and amazing at what he does, he is very thorough & takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and explains everything to you in a way that you understand what is going on with you; why he orders different tests, & what he expects to find with those tests. I would highly recommend Dr. Chung to anyone in need of a cardiologist. In fact, I sent my own daughter to see him, as well, because she has anxiety about going to doctors, and I knew that she would be in the best hands with Dr. Chung.

Very thorough and takes time to address the patient's needs and concerns. He is proactive!!!

My wife had an appointment and I reminded Dr. Chung that my wife has dementia and was this a possible reason for her heart issues. He says "You can drive her around then, you're married to her". This had nothing to do with what I was asking him. He also bluntly came out and said "If your wife don't get a pacemaker. she will die". He is very insensitive and I don't recommend. The nerve of this clown.

Dr. Chung was the attending Cardiologist at Maryview Hospital when I had my heart attack. During my time of suffering a heart attack, he literally saved my life by placing a stint where it was needed. Afterwards, when talking with him, to put it simply, this gentleman is very straight forward and to the point. I owe him my life! God bless Dr. Chung!!! I'm a son of a General Practitioner, that being said, my father (Papa) would have have greatly respected this Doctor!

Ive been seeing Dr Chung for 7 years and couldn't be happier with him. He takes the time to explain things in terms anyone can understand. No questions or concerns are of limits.

Dr Chung is Great, has been taking care of me for 20 years.
