I'm very happy with Dr. Hamilton. Have never had any reason to think otherwise.

I am so happy to have finally found an attentive doctor who actually listens and takes a whole body approach to find the best solution for his patients instead of just a Band-Aid prescription. He is trustworthy, personable and professional. Scheduling is simple and a patient portal gives you access to everything you need regarding your appointments, results, and medical history.

Sad, sad experience for me. Never again at this location, or this Dr.

Dr Hamilton was awesome! ARC was fully booked but he "squeezed" me in but once I was there he was diligent in helping me find the answers I needed and started the steps to recovery. I highly recommend him!

This location is awful. I opted to visit the Kyle location because of availability. I have visited multiple other locations in Austin and have received wonderful care. The check in process was rather long at the Kyle location considering there was hardly anyone there. I didn't get called in by the nurse until after 30 minutes after my appointment which I found rather odd considering I've only experienced punctuality at their other locations. I went in for a sore throat. The doctor examined me, swabbed me for strep, and told me to await results. He was about to walk out the door when I finally asked him if I was sick or had allergies, as is often the case. He kind of smirked at me and said "you're definitely sick" and told me I should expect a call in 40 minutes with the results of the swab. I was left with no answers and no sort of treatment. I figured whoever called me would be the one to tell me what the next step was. After almost two hours since the appointment, I received a call letting me know that my results were negative. Okay, now what? The lady said they would conduct further tests since that was not a definitive no. I agreed and then asked if there was anything I could do in the mean time for relief. She told me to take ibuprofen and gargle salt water. Cool. So I did ,and waited all of the following day for my promised second call. Nothing. I finally call out to them around 8:30 (which was around the time that I received the initial call the previous day) and they tell me that the nurses with the results are off and to call back in the morning. I called them the next morning and I was given another negative result. Yay! So at this point I ask the nurse what the cause of the red bumps and swelling in my throat is and she says she cannot say. I would need to come back in and see the doctor again. I get it. So I diligently come back in and just wish I knew what I needed to do to get better. The Slaughter location delivered much better care. They were quickly able to give me guidance on what over the counter medicines to take and how to soothe my throat. Great. I can't help but feel like I just got robbed out of another copay. The initial doctor at the Kyle location could have easily told me what to take in the event my tests came back negative. Or at least tell me what I could have done in the meantime to start feeling better. TLDR - If you want actual effective care, drive a little further and go to the other Austin locations.
