I only met with Dr. Kanagarajan once but he seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The office staff however, is awful! Just in the past 3 months, I have been wrongly informed of my medical diagnosis, showed up at the office to pick up my prescription because no one would return my calls and then they called in the wrong medication for me. Dr. K wanted me to stop medication but no one called to tell me, the NP said she would call me the next day.. that was a week ago and I've called 3x since.
