Dr. Katharine S. Rockman

Dr. Rockman might be an Ohio board certified dentist but needs some serious help with her bedside manner. My circumstances made for a complex procedure which I expected to be painful no matter who was doing it, but I was made to feel as if I were overreacting the entire time, which goes against the old adage the customer is always right... especially when it comes to their body. She came across as very unprofessional when she would say things across me to the assistant as if I were unconcious, i.e. help me I m drowning over here , while doing a filling. She was condescending toward me when giving instructions, seemed uncertain at times during the course of the procedure, and overall did a sloppy job that I am having to get redone by a former dentist out of town. I am no dental expert but I think the treatment I received was far below average and nowhere near what I would expect from a professional in this field. The one positive: scheduling staff is very friendly and accomodating. But a moot point since I will not be returning.
