Very good experience. I had whiplash from a rear-end collision. Dr. Mark performed an X-ray examination before making any adjustments to my neck which was really helpful. My neck was swollen and tight from the accident so I did need several adjustments over the course of a month but he restored me to normal health with no lingering pain. His office submitted everything to insurance and I didn't have any problems. Dr. Mark explained everything his was doing before he did adjustments and demonstrated in depth knowledge of his practice. Dr. Mark Zannetti, ( aka Doc Mark) is the BEST chiropractar available, (right next to his Dad, (Dr. Ralph Siegenthaler, aka Doc, )! He listens to all my concerns and is very knowledgable and gentle! His adjustments are the best I've ever had (since his Dad, Doc Ralph Siegenthaler)! I've had chiropractic care in Pittsburgh, PA and other places in N.E. Ohio. None were even close to Doc Mark's expertise, gentleness and care! He is gentle, kind and compassionate to everyone! My family and I travel a far distance for the best chiropracter available, Doc Mark! I have only great things to say about him and his staff! The whole staff is very kind and polite! I have been seeing mark for 20 years now. My grandparents started bringing me to see him when I was in high school. My grandparents have been going to Mark since he began and also went to his dad before that. Mark is hands down the best in what he does. When you arrive you are greeted by the sweetest receptionist! I travel from Pittsburgh because he is that amazing...he makes the experience quick and easy and when you leave you feel like a completely new, refreshed person! I highly recommend Dr. Zannetti if you're looking for a gentle chiropractor who really listens and goes above & beyond to help. An appointment is needed for the first visit; thereafter, you are seen in order of arrival.

You can be assured you will receive the best care and pain relief from Dr. Mark and his staff.

extremely poor experience very bad customer service all I wanted to do was get an adjustment and I was willing to go thru the initial exam but this office is requiring X RAYS to get an adjustment, never ever anywhere have I heard of this before, all thats required to crack your back (reallign your spine) is a pre-exam which is like $75 the first time you go in to get an adjustment and all they do is feel you spine and muscles so its plainly obvious to me that this office is purposely charging customers for UN-neccesary services do not go here its like in the back of someones house very unprofessional extremely poor experience very bad customer service all I wanted to do was get an adjustment and I was willing to go thru the initial exam but this office is requiring X RAYS to get an adjustment, never ever anywhere have I heard of this … More

Pleasant and friendly front desk. Dr. Zannetti is soothing and gentle while adjusting and explains what he's doing and why.

Dr. Zannetti was very clear in explaining how to interpret my X-Rays. Having never been to a Chiropractor I wasn't sure what to expect. He didn't try to sell me any ongoing services. He just told me what may have gone wrong and how to get back in good order with my back. He made some small adjustments and gave me some good tips going forward. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
