Kevin Torres is the WORST ER Dr. ever experienced. He does NOT get all the facts and makes a rash judgement of character. He sends out his nursing staff with 'armed guards' to talk to family members with NO provocation. He makes judgment calls based on a conjecture with NO evidentiary proceedings. If you plan to bring in a family member and request assistance, be prepared to also bring an ATTORNEY to protect your FREEDOM AND RIGHTS!
